Very helpful staff. Served by Mike who was very helpful. Despite restrictions due to Covid, they were exceptional in ensuring no cross contamination. The only place I've seen the card key pad cleaned between customers! As a nurse, was even more delighted with the 20% off too. When I went back for more tiles, they were just as helpful and the service was constantly high. They also had the tiles I really wanted, with stock that I could take away, and very reasonably priced. Well done team! Can't fault anything about my experience.

Called in the store today to look at tile trim. I was offer assistance from one of the staff members immediately but chose to look about for what I wanted. I soon had a question and asked the staff member for help. Dave helped us out and I have to say he could not have been more helpful. We were not spending 1000s of £££ but that did not.matter he took All the time we needed to make a choice of trim grout. I even asked the opinion of a trade tiler who was in the store who also helped us. Dave was excellent ask a is an assett to the brand. You can feel comfortable shopping here where you will receive all the help you need without being pushy.

5* for the staff to start with, let alone the tile selection. Hapchance, our kitchen fitting was during the pandemic, but it didn't put the lads off here being as safe and professional as possible whilst ensuring we were able to get fully kitted out with everything we need. Won't bother going anywhere else for tiles in the future, prices are very competitive here too.

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR ROSE GOLD TILE TRIM EVERYWHERE, IT'S LIKE TRYING TO FIND HENS TEETH - IMPOSSIBLE !!
