Ordered all of our bathroom suite from Beamans. Sue was great from start to finish, explained everything to us and helped us find the perfect pieces for our bathroom! We had our en-suite and main bathroom replaced in consecutive weeks, and were recommended Beamans by the fitter we had chosen. Whilst it was ultimately our decision as to what items we chose, Sue was extremely helpful and gave us lots of suggestions as to what would work and what wouldn't, and mentioned lots of items that we would never have considered. It's always good to receive advice and not just be sold items without any consideration as to their use by the customer. We had a few changes of heart during the process, and none of these were any trouble. Sue was only too happy to sit down with us several times to get to our final choices. When it came to ordering, our chosen WC was out of stock with the manufacturer and there was no delivery date. Sue contacted several other firms to see what was available, and gave us various options to go for - the one we chose was actually nicer than our original choice. Thanks Sue and your team.

Brilliant place. Just moved and needed bathrooms went to visit and really good stuff available at great price. Spoke to Lynsey to talk about what we were after, she was friendly and knowledgeable. As we are about 60 miles away kept in touch for needs and quotes via email with Lynsey got good ideas and new stuff never heard of and great deals. Best place to get bathroom stuff for miles around, gave us list of potential plumbers who have responded really quickly which makes a change. Bought loads of stuff at really good price really good place, if you need bathroom stuff you need to call in or phone you get great quality stuff at good price and good advice on what's available without being pushy.

Recently I had an accident and cracked the bathroom sink - the after sales service was brilliant. Sue sourced a replacement bathroom sink for us and gave us the phone number of the person who they recommend for small jobs. I have to say I don’t think I’ve been in such a friendly helpful place, where nothing was to much bother. Joe was very helpful & patient & we spent lots of time planning my ever so small cloakroom & I never felt rushed. First class customer service from Lindsay and the team at Beemans. Over the last 20 + years we have had our two previous bathrooms from them. We shopped around almost every showroom in Merseyside to get exactly what we wanted but Lindsay was able to source everything for us at a really great price. This meant that everything came in one delivery and I can't tell you how much stress that took off us. We are over the moon with the finished effect and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beemans to anyone

Fantastic, professional and friendly service from Sue and her team at Beamans. We were refurbishing three bathrooms and didn't have a clue where to start! Sue guided us through the whole process from start to finish and we are delighted with the end result. Sue's expertise, knowledge and vision were invaluable and her design ideas were brilliant, she came up with things I'd never have considered but which look amazing. She was also very patient and spent a lot of time with us ensuring we were happy with the final designs and the products we had chosen. Sales service was five star with good sound advice, Lyndsey spent a lot of time looking for the right products and found exactly what we needed. Delivery was great and driver was very helpful. At our first appointment with lovely Sue, we were made so welcome and offered beverages straight away. To be perfectly honest We were unsure of colours ,designs etc.Sue was perfection itself in designing our new bathroom. The showroom is first class. This is the second time we've used Beamans. Always have a good choice of quality products and service is great. But what really stood out for us this time was how good they were over lockdown. From holding and storing our order, until we could arrange fitting, to making sure we could get tiles delivered in time. Communication was really good, kept us updated all the time. I really don't think you would get this level of personal customer service from one of the bigger companies. Would highly recommend using Beamans Bathrooms.

Exceptional customer service from the team who were all extremely nice & helpful, no pressure or following you round the store. Outstanding service and advise from Beamans. Doing a full house refurb meant choosing 3 totally different bathrooms. Sue was incredible and guided me through the process easily, her knowledge of products is second to none and combined with her experience she eliminates any forseeable problems between yourself, plumber, tilers and fitters and when a minor problem did arise she was on the other end of the phone to sort it out, even on her days off. Their prices are excellent too, there is no hard sell whatsoever and Sue would always offer me a cheaper option if she could get it of the same quality. Would only use Beamans from now on.

Following a recommendation from our Plumber, Len Beamans, were instrumental in supplying all the goods to refurbish our Bathroom and Cloakroom. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially Lyndsey for her calm, patient manner and tremendous knowledge. Beamans stepped in when our original contractor, Bathstore went into liquidation.Sue proved to be extremely knowledgable, helping us with our selection of bathroom furniture and tiles. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are large well stocked showrooms. We managed to pick up some bargains including a Roper Rhodes radiator with a third off cost price...happy days! The staff give you practical advice on bathroom design when you aren't sure what will fit where! Its just off the M62 and we found it quicker and easier to get there than our more local showrooms.
