We absolutely love our new bathroom. Bespoke Bathrooms have recently completed our renovation to a very high standard and we couldn't be happier. We found the team to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. From Keith measuring the room to Kelly providing multiple design options to the fitters Tony and Steve who were conscientious and very hard working. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had fabulous shower room fitted. Professional service from design to installation. John's team were polite and curtious. All work undertaken from the gutting of room, they removed rubbish every day no skip outside home. New joists, replaced flooring, plastering, built inset shelves electrics tiling and plumbing. Absolutely stunning job, brilliant service and what a top talented team - lovely people who really care about what they do, nothing is ever too much trouble. From our first interaction with Keith measuring up to Kelly doing a fabulous design to Ian, Tony and Steve who worked in our house and gave us a stunning new room. It’s just like a hotel bathroom! Regular contact from Kelly and Keith as well as the guys in the house. Every single thing they said they would do was done when they said they would do it and the quality of work is second to none. We are very pleased with the work completed. Everything went well from the design and suggestion, from Kellie John and Keith to the workmanship of Liam, Sam and the two Steves. We have just had our bathroom and kitchen renovated and we are absolutely delighted with everything. We cannot express how brilliant bespoke bathrooms are to deal with, from very first visiting their showroom in Maghull and meeting John and Kelly who helped us to design and choose what was best suited for us and then the work team, Ian, Keith, the two Steve’s, Sam, and Tony were so lovely, clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble. All the fittings, tiles and workmanship is of the very best quality and we are so glad we chose bespoke bathrooms & kitchens. Highly recommended. From John’s site survey, Kelly’s design, through to completion, the work was executed in an utmost professional manor. The work consisted of a complete strip out and refurbishment to a combined bathroom and toilet. The site team Steve, Steve, Tony and Ian were courteous, on time and kept the dust and debris to a minimum; leaving the work and adjacent areas clean after every shift. Keith ensured deliveries were on time and ensured all debris was remove daily. The workmanship and finish is excellent. Well done to all the team. From the minute I made the first call to the showroom and Keith answered the phone he was out the next day measuring up. The measurements along with my ideas were passed onto Kelly after a couple of days she rang me and arranged for us to come into the showroom and look at her plans. With some tweeks here and there Kelly created our bathroom of dreams. The rip and new fit all took about 3 weeks. During the process the fitters Tony and Ste were brilliant. The workmanship was superb. The skills these guys have are incredible. The whole team have given us the bespoke bathroom we have always wanted. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone wanting their bathroom of dreams.

I can highly recommend this Company. The guys were with us for 16 days and completed a major refurbishment, refit and re-site of all major fittings. From the store team who helped us plan the project, to the fitters who completed the work, I have never worked with such a professional group of people ( if only all operators could be like this). In total around 6 different fitters worked on our bathroom, they never stopped, they we’re always totally courteous, polite and incredibly considerate of the rest of our home, cleaning up after themselves constantly. The level of quality and attention to detail, means that the results are fabulous and totally exceed our expectations. I have added a couple of photos below, the ceiling still needs to be painted but feel sure the results speak for themselves. Many thanks to the team for a brilliant job!!

We had a definite vision for our new family bathroom. With a 1920s house we wanted a bathroom that reflected the period, rather than a more modern room. We identified Bespoke Bathrooms as someone who could help. We were right. Keith, Kelly, John and all the fitters have been friendly, communicative, supportive and ensured our vision came to life. Pricing was sensible given the amount they do. They took a room that had previously been a bodge job, took it back to brick and recreated it to make it very special, with Metro tiles and a Heritage suite. It has made our vision real. Great experience working with Bespoke Bathrooms over the past few months. From the first interactions with Kelly who quickly put together a set of designs to the process of the actual build every task was completed with efficiency and courtesy ensuring that disruption and mess was kept to a minimum. We started with a single bathroom and were so impressed that we then quickly engaged the team for two further bathrooms. The net for us is that they were great people to deal with, kept to commitments, did what they said they would do and we are delighted with the results. We'll certainly be looking at engaging the team to plan and build out a new kitchen next year. Can recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

From design to installation, Bespoke Bathrooms have been the best we have encountered (approx 15 bathrooms done over the years moving around). Kelly and the building team were communicative and listened to our detailed and high spec requests. The building team themselves were outstanding in cleanliness, respectfulness and above all, their technical expertise. I am a perfectionist and I'm not disappointed. If you want industry leading quality not cheap, then use the Bespoke team.

A fabulous job! I wanted to do more than just update 2 old bathrooms but to make them a feature for the house. John and the team have done that and made the experience to getting them as simple and as painless as possible. Excellent service. Bespoke made a really good effort to track down a discontinued line of furniture which we wanted to buy from Heritage. Victorian Plumbing had let us down at the last minute, but Bespoke put time into obtaining the items we needed.

They even changed the design as the work was progressing to accomodate our revised ideas.Disruption to our home was almost non-existant.The installer ensured any waste was bagged up as he worked and took it away each evening.We now have a truly first class bathroom installed by a first class company.
