Been to CCF today, I've just got to say it was amazing customer service and nice people! It goes the extra mile when Terry in the yard great and helps load our vans too! Really appreciate the extra help!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was really impressed with my experience with the company! Phoned the branch with an enquiry, and the guy I spoke to was the transport manager Stephen, he was extremely helpful and well spoken. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. I felt like he went the extra mile with his customer service, which has prompted me to leave this review. I ended up collecting my products from the branch and will be highly recommending this branch on the customer service alone. Great job, keep up the good work 👏🏻

CCF are slightly out of the way for me but despite there being companies closer I could use, CCF are definitely worth the extra distance. Excellent service, competitive prices and friendly staff. Will definitely keep using them. Keep up the great work guys.

Just visit CCF Liverpool. I was surprised that after the phone call by the collection gates I saw forklift driver coming over in few seconds. As soon as I gave collection reference ,Terry - forklift driver, knew what I’m up to. Amazing knowledge of work place and customers impressed me. I was loaded less than in few minutes. Called in today to collect some ceiling tiles needed for a job at short notice. All staff where very helpful as always and went out of their way to source tiles to match the sample I brought with me to the trade counter. Couldn’t rate this place enough as a multi trader I use all types of stores, Girl at counter was not just helpful but friendly and actually had a personality unlike some stores, Was so quick and easy served and back to my van to wait on goods where the stacker truck driver came to me and even helped me load them in my no so organised van, Everyone is helpful and can have a decent conversation with staff was back at my job in no time

As a courier driver I’ve called in at CCF Liverpool a few times for customers orders. I’ve got to know Terry the banks man who is point of contact at the gate. Terry is a pleasant guy help full and out in all weather. But think that when weather is bad he needs somewhere to keep warm and to dry off CCF would be lost without Terry manning the yard and all the customer that come in Terry keep up the good work.

EXCELLENT SERVICE: On arrival, I was greated by Terry who showed me where to go to place an order and collect a "Free" coffee from the machine. I only waited for about 5 mins, which was good because I had deliveries on my van. I'd recommend to family and friends.

This place used to be a bit of a running joke with lads in the trade. A trip to CCF generally meant at least an hour standing by your van waiting for the warehouse staff to notice you, and then waiting for your gear. Thankfully, things have changed. They now have a dedicated warehouse man to deal with drive-in customers, and he's really on the ball. Even when its busy, Terry has things under control and can often deal with several customers at once. The office staff are always helpful and now the warehouse is up to speed its easily the top supplier in the Merseyside area.
