Stuart was very welcoming, Friendly and extremely helpful when we purchased our bathroom suite. Returned some handles as the units came with their own. Was seen by Craig and was Refunded with no complaints. I would highly recommend this company. Thankyou guys

I just wanted to say a big thank you to a Tracy and Kev for the time the other day. I purchased a bathroom from Clifton a number of years ago and had a slight issue with the flush valve. It just needed a replacement washer but was struggling to get the correct size. I gave them a call sent a few pics over to Tracy on WhatsApp and she said just come in and we will try and help you out. Well I went in and her and a Kev were great. I left not only with the washer but a whole replacement flush value from one of the display toilets. Talk about great service! Thanks again the issue was resolved without the need to take the toilet apart. Deffo recommend this place.

Thank you to the ladies at Clifton who helped me with all the items I needed for my bathroom. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and I got it all for a great price. After sales was also excellent, I needed to return some adhesive which the tiler didn’t use and they refunded me in full as they promised me they would. Very happy and will use again. Came across Clifton Trade searching for bathroom stores open to the public. Rang up before going to check not trade only, young girl who answered enquired what I needed and advised they should definitely be able to help. Got there, asked for some help ( no pressure selling at all ) and Lou couldn’t have been more helpful. Looked through 2 catalogues, picked a few basin taps and she kindly got them from stock for us to look at. Gave us some pointers as we don’t really like the tap we have, all done and sorted in around 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Went into Clifton in Aintree and was helped by Lee and Lou , nothing was too much trouble ,they advised on all aspects of wetwall ,shower cubicles ,trays and showers, plus all the accessories that would be needed to complete the project .Their knowledge was second to none and all delivered in a friendly and efficient manor .A fantastic customer experience, would have no hesitation in recommending if you need a new bathroom/ shower room.

Unfortunately we got a leak on our toilet recently and needed a new pipe, we went absolutely everywhere trying to find the right size. We decided to try Clifton’s as we originally bought the bathroom from them. I have to say, I’m sorry we didn’t go there earlier. We spoke to a guy called Craig. He was so so helpful. He searched everywhere for us and found the exact pipe we needed. We are so grateful. If we wouldn’t have been able to find the right diameter pipe we would have had to get a whole new system. Because of his helpful service we will always be using this company in the future. Thanks Craig and Tony from Clifton’s for saving the day

We went to Clifton's following a recommendation from a friend who is doing the work on our house. Craig immediately came across very friendly and extremely helpful but everyone there was really nice. It felt like you could just talk to them and have a laugh instead of constantly being sold on things. I was really impressed by the quality of the items and quickly picked out our new bathroom suite with crags help and guidance. Upon placing the order we received our items just 2 days later. Even after that they have been really helpful with any extras we may need or things we have taken back as we ordered too much. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will use them again if ever needed.

Visited the Aintree store today, to look at a bathroom suite.. Craig was very helpful, Understanding, Polite and was very patient with our needs. Nothing was to much trouble.. His banter was great which added to his knowledge, made our visit very relaxed and worthwhile. Would deffo recommend! 👍

I then visited the showroom and was taken care of by Karl who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We bought a shower cubicle and tray from the luxury range a couple of months ago. Yesterday my builder put the cubicle up and couldn't get it to fit properly. The boxes had been burnt so couldn't return the item so I called into Cliftons in Aintree and asked for help. Within 3hrs 2 staff from Cliftons Aintree named Craig and Kevin called to my house and sorted the fault straight away. It was a simple mistake that had been made and will now be put right. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Martin showed us round the showroom, offered us (myself and my partner) advice and helped us to pick out our dream suite (typically it was one of the more expensive ones, but well worth the money!) The lads @ Clifton also helped to find a reputable tradesman (Graham of G&S bathrooms, who did an immaculate job May I add!) to complete the job. Delivery was on time as advised, the only issue being that a number of parts were not received during the initial delivery. Cliftons dealt with this “issue” well and all items were either delivered (by them) or collected. Overall, great service - only knocked down 1 star due to the number of items missing on the delivery. The quality of the items would be 5*, along with the customer service (Martin etc), just the slight issue with delivery!

A few phone calls with Connor, Carl and Craig and the issue was sorted to my satisfaction. I found the guys to be most helpful and friendly and I was very happy with the outcome. If only I could give 10 out of 5! We are having a complete rip out of our large family bathroom & en-suite. Now, I don't do the 'review thing' unless I feel compelled, and that i'm 100% sure that I could help someone. I'm sure there are plenty out there at a loss as to where to start. Look no further than Clifton trade bathrooms. We had wasted so much time travelling around, getting qoutes, juggling everything around, to the point of confusion. Then, purely by chance, we came across Cliftons. We thought we'd give it a try before giving up. All of the staff there were very helpful, excellent with advice, but most of all, transparent. Their catalogue was brilliant and we would suggest any visitor picked up a copy. Long story short, our bathroom and en-suite are being done soon. We were given excellent discounted prices by Jeff (a top top bloke), who helped and advised with literally EVERYTHING! He even come to our home to 'measure up', supplied a experienced, trustworthy fitter (excellent qoutation and advice) and was absolutely the main reason why we decided to choose Clifton Trade Bathrooms over their competitors. Other quotes were reasonably similar, but they all missed that understanding & personal touch. Thanks very much to Jeff for all you have done.
