Visited several showrooms but EA Ceramics were by far the best regarding choice, quality and price. Tony was excellent in providing advice and we are very happy with the finished product. Delivery was on time and the whole experience from walking through the door was 5 star. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks Tony.

I have got my tiles and they are the most beautiful tiles I have ever seen. The tiler is impressed too and very enthusiastic to put them in my bathroom. The delivery was late but Tony and all the other members of staff explained in details what happened. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of lorry drivers but it is worthy to wait as these tiles are much more beautiful than those I bought last year in another shop. The tiler has just put some of them and my bathroom already looks very elegant! I strongly recommend E A Ceramics and I will go to them again when I will refurbish my kitchen.

Couldn't recommend EA Ceramics enough! They have the largest and most diverse selection of tiles in the area, I was spoilt for choice and the quality and prices are exceptional. The team are so accommodating and helpful, from offering advice and guidance on selection even down to putting the tiles in your car for you themselves so you don't have to lift a finger. I've just got tiles for 2 rooms from them, only my main bathroom is completed at the moment but the tiles are absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and will definitely be back for anything else I need in the future. A fantastic, local independent business. I didnt know about EA CERAMICS until i was googling a specific tile make and model that i was looking for i fallen short on, its been discontinued. EA CERAMIC had the last bit i need. They are life saver! Andy & the team awesome customer service. Opportunity like this anyone will bump the price because your desperate. The team delt with everything over the phone too! Lol. They certainly deserve the feedback. I even bookmarked the site on my browser page. Thanks Lads!!! I would of had to start from scratch on my bathroom tiles.

This is now CTD tiles. I would definitely recommend. As follows........ I didn't even know this company existed. A google search provided their details by default. It was only when i clicked on to the company i wanted (that no longer existed) that there was a google review advising that the company had changed names and was now called CTD. I visited the CTD store 29/07/17 at 1.30pm. A guy called Michael was there to help me. I saw tiles i wanted and spoke to Michael and told him that i had saw similar in B&Q and were cheaper. After 'seeing what he could do', Michael reduced the tiles to cheaper than B&Q, even cheaper than when i go there with my dad on a Wednesday pensioner discount day. I asked how much delivery was. It was FREE (its not in B&Q). This is how it should be in this day and age. I'd been to many tile shops. The following is a conversation I had at Topps Tiles...... Me: Is delivery free? TT: No. [mistake number 1 - delivery should be built in to the price] Me: How much is it please? [mistake number 2 - me having to prompt to get an answer] TT: It depends. Me: On what? [mistake number 2 again] TT: Weight, distance and if you are spending a lot. [mistake number 3 - not giving me a straight answer and i feel like i'm trying to get blood out of a stone] Me: I will be spending about £400. TT: Sorry but that's not what we class as spending a lot. [mistake number 4 - Jeez fkn Christ! Making me feel that 400quid is not a lot] Me: Errrrrm OK, i'll get back to you. Anyhows, getting back to CTD......Michael asked me when I needed them for. I said any time within the next 2 weeks. He said if the driver could do it, then it would be today as they were in stock on site. OMG!!! That's customer service for you. Long story short, they were at my house at 3.30pm (less than 2 hours from when i paid for them), delivered by a guy called Dave. Dave even helped put them into my garage for me (as opposed to Topps Tiles and B&Q who only promise a kerbside delivery. B&Q could only deliver in at least a weeks' time). I tried to give Dave a couple of quid for the fantastic service but he said no as he was only doing his job. What a guy!! Michael and Dave deserve pay rises, I hope they are appreciated. Both guys were very pleasant and very well mannered (a rarity these days), a credit to their parents. I would definitely recommend this company, at least give them a try. If you see what you are looking for (even if you don't), then speak to the guys working there and see if they can help.
