Boss DIY shop, always has what you need. And you can buy small amounts. Why buy a box of nuts for £10 from screw fix when you can buy the 5 you need for 20p each. Always use this shop

Boss place an alfa Male's Toys 'R' Us. Staff helpful, and much cheaper than builder's merchant's for tools in the local area.
