Great service ordered bank holiday rang me next day asked if i wanted it delivering that afternoon! I decline as i was working, accomodated a day that suited me! Delivery driver was brilliant, nice fella who helped me get the wood in the back garden! Most drivers leave it on the drive!! Cant fault 👍🏻

Ordered a custom-size feather edge fence panel over the phone for delivery a few days later. This was after storms that presumably meant they were rushed off their feet so I was pleased at the ease of ordering and swift time to make and deliver my panel. Panel is well made, perfectly square and to exact specification. Good solid timber too - far more robust and sturdy than the one that fell apart in the wind that came from a well-known national DIY store. Friendly delivery guy happy to help me carry it down the drive and round the side of my property. Highly recommended.

Great service from Terry’s Timber. Ordered very late one evening got a phone call next working day to confirm order and delivery. Order arrived next day, driver was very friendly and helpful. Their prices beat other timber merchants and the quality is far better than what you get from B&Q.

Used this place a few times over the years as it's always been one of the cheapest places I could find, never had a delivery from them until today, Ordered some decking online at 9.30am and got a phone call within minutes to say they could deliver between 12pm and 3pm, driver arrived at 2.30pm and was very friendly, Fantastic service, would highly recommend

Placed an online order at the weekend and received a phone call first thing Monday morning to arrange delivery. Exceptionally brilliant service. I will definitely be using Terry's Timber again. Nothing was too much trouble, I asked for a courtesy phone call before the driver arrived and they done just that. Giving me enough time to get home. Top quality service!

Fantastic service from Terry's Timber. Ordered very late the night before and delivered early the next afternoon. Received a phone call early morning to check and confirm my order prior to delivery and was given some great advice about my order from Sean. The delivery driver was efficient and friendly and carried the wood onto the drive. Excellent and professional service all round and good quality timber at a reasonable price. Bought on Thursday, delivered Sat, early in the morning, everything you need for decking in the kit. Guy carried it all into the garden for us ( unexpected). Really pleased I shopped at Terry's timber. Recommend.

Online ordering. Easy as A,B,C Delivery. Spot on Pricing. Got an 8 x 4 sheet of OSB for £6 less than another D.I.Y yard by me. Delivery charge. Reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again for more timber if my daughters rabbit decides to drop another 11 babies on us....... Also, pet rabbits for sale in about 8 weeks :D

The two lads there where Brill.As soon as we walked in and told them what we needed for our boat,they were on it straight away.The wood was cut to measure and they even carried it to the car.Absolute pleasure to deal with.This place is a must & it looks like they've got everything you would ever need there too.Highly Recommended !

Bought a 10ft decking kit prompt early delivery all the wood was of the highest quality and a special mention to the delivery guy a lovely young man nothing to much trouble thought he would dump it on the drive but he carried everything single handed through to the back garden a credit to the company

The golden rule when buying timber is always visit the yard and choose your own. Terry's Timber is the exception. Truly. I have been buying mostly hardwood especially Prime Oak and Prime Ash over a number of years now and have never had any reason to visit. The net and phone is all it ever takes to get amazingly good quality timber every time. This is the only timer yard in the whole of Liverpool were I can do away with the visits. I can't speak highly enough and have complete confidence at every purchase Want exceptionally good quality timber and a service second to none then look no further You wont be disappointed.

phoned a del order only needed a few poles for garden cost £40 very good price didnt have to order min £100 or something ridiculous like other companies £10 del charge which is great just waited few days called when they were on way carried wood into side of house couldnt fault them highly recommended

Been here 3 times now too buy rail sleepers,each time they bring them out they leave them on the fork lift truck and go and have a natter,and watch you struggle too get them in the van.today a customer had 4 lads helping him load his van with a couple of small ply a pine door and some 3x2,I said to him why he was getting a hand and I had the heavy stuff, his reply was family,said too the young lad about this and he was not bothered.won't go there again.
