Came into the plumbing shop on Wednesday and was helped out massively by a guy called Pete, very knowledgeable and answered any queries I had about the materials for the job etc, great customer service and would go back in an instant for any future jobs I do!

From a delivery drivers point of view they try to get you in as soon as possible which isn't always that easy for them as their yard is only able to take 1 Artic at a time however once they have got you in they don't take long in getting you tipped and back out and on your way. Even with Covid 19 restrictions in place. I collected some materials from them today They had a Guy on the gate directing people and he was extremely helpfully & that also the rest of the staff I delt with I will be certainly be going back and your NEW trade shop is great Thanks John from Teds Trailers

My husband called this morning to enquire about purchasing some wood that would need cutting. His first point of call was Dave who was organising the front gate and people/workman in and out of the yard. Dave put my husband through to Steve who again was exceptionally helpful and could sort out what he wanted. I turned up at Total Timber and Dave helpfully moved a giant plastic barrier in order that I could park my car. He recognised that I was the wife of the caller he had spoken to. Dave directed me to where I could find Steve and was met by a nice guy called Graham. After a couple of minutes Graham put the cut pieces of wood in the boot of my care still staying at a safe distance along with a bag of cement. I was taken to the shop by another young employee his name I don't know and was shown where the wood stain was. I chose the one I want ant took it to the till along with the billing receipt I received from Graham. All in all this was the most professional, helpful and cheerful bunch of guys I have met. Their professional and courteous ways made quite an anxious trip out of the house feel very safe in these trying times. Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Hesketh Bank resident
