shockingly poor - i returned new, sealed, unopened items on the same pallet that the goods where shipped to me on, i have video of the delivery from my ring door bell and I have images date and time stamped of goods being returned. At the time of retuning the goods I used the same courier company that Victoria Plumb use, they contacted me to say that they would not be able to insure products being returned to Victoria Plumbing (stranded includes insurance) - I thought that was odd (and definitely requires further investigation). In any case, I took extra care to wrap up the units in clear film to make them safe and secure - I took a number of photo's just in case - Victoria Plumbing sent me an email with images of second hand, used vanity unit that was damaged with finger prints and dirt - (I purchased NEW, never opened on the same pallet never moved) VP went on to tell me that they could not refund me and suggested that I seek an insurance claim from the courier company, informing me that the unit would be destroyed in 4 week if not collected - I immediately called the courier company to find out if the goods where damaged in some way during transit - they shared proof of delivery with no damage reported - I asked Victoria Pluming to send me time stamped images of the goods delivered and I'm still waiting for a response - I'm shocked and now following up with my credit card company....

Bought online. Very pleased with bathroom cabinet, good quality. Pleased with service offered. Delivery was good, chose day and was contacted by phone 15 minutes before arrival of goods. Only problem was the pallet - could these not be recycled? Ended up having to cut it up, seems a waste.

The vanity unit we bought was good value, well made and it was useful having detailed measurements available to help choose. The information given about what to expect from the delivery company was very helpful too. Most importantly the item arrived promptly, was well packed and undamaged on delivery. The whole experience with Victorian Plumbing was seamless. There was a great choice of bathroom suites along with the measurements, which helped me to chose the right bathroom suite for my bathroom. As this was a major purchase, I had shopped around and the price was so competitive. I do not always look for the cheaper option, as I do want a quality product and do not want to change my bathroom in a year or so. They offered competitive pricing with excellent quality. Once I had added my bathroom to my basket, there was a pop up screen giving me options to purchase other things to go with my bath, sink and toilet, all so useful for a lay person like myself. I ordered and paid, I immediately received confirmation of my order and expected date of arrival. I then received an email saying one of my items wasn’t in stock, but would be in the following week and I was asked if I was happy to wait for the whole order to be delivered together, or if I needed the other items immediately and item this could be delivered separately. I was in a position to be able to wait, and everything was delivered the following week as promised. I have already told my friend to use Victorian Plumbing for her bathroom. So I highly recommend and would be happy to do so in the future.

Ordered on line. Bought a vanity unit and sink for the down stairs cloakroom. The packages arrived when they were supposed to and the logistics company gave a 2 hour time slot for the delivery. Everything was well packaged and the delivery driver allowed 15 minutes for me to inspect the goods for damage. No pressure at all. Everything was fine. The vanity unit and sink are now installed and look really good. I'm really impressed with them. Easy to install and the doors just needed a little adjustment to align. This just took a couple of minutes. I would have no problems with buying from Victorian Plumbing again. Excellent.

happy with the product quality and value for money. However, less happy with the shipping fees and methods. Was expensive, i had to do part of the arrangements myself and ended up with a load of packaging and a pallet i had to then get rid of - all for a fairly small bathroom cabinet which as long as protected well, could comfortably have been sent via "standard" van courier services for considerably less money. That element of it would make me consider buying elsewhere if possible in future.

However, 4 stars for the products protection. If better quality of packing, it would prevent damage of the product. Very much appreciated the customer service. While they are still waiting for manufacturer's response for a replacement of a heating element, they initiate to send me a new one for replacement with fast delivery.

Love Victorian plumbing great range especially the traditional items which is what we were looking for. Easy to add items into online basket, website was really easy to use. We went into the showroom as live Locally and staff were really helpful and advised in particular items we were unsure about . Booking a slot for delivery was easy and it was delivered on time. Our only issue with delivery was that we had advised in store we would need support in getting items into the home and when it arrived inside initially driver would only Leave the pallet on pavement then after explaining about my husbands disabilities agreed to put the pallet on the drive but no support in getting items into the house. I think this needs to be reconsidered given the size of some of the items

Very good service overall. We had our bathroom remodelled and most items come from Victorian Plumbing. Great quality product, I advise to go for brands though (like Grohe) We bought with them: taps, showers, bath screen, bathtub, bath panel, towel heater, wall mounted toilet & vanity unit. The next day delivery service is very convenient and not expensive.

Having no luck at all searching for a pair of antique gold bathroom sink taps we turned to Victorian Plumbing & found exactly what we were looking for. The taps were with us within a week of ordering & in perfect condition. Our plumber fit them in no time at all & they look great. We actually ordered the sink waste to match the taps but unfortunately couldn't fit it as it would have meant removing the basin. So we returned the goods and have just received an email from Victorian saying we would be refunded. Would I recommend Victorian to anyone else? Of course I would. Great service. I ordered this shower because of its extension height since there are very tall people in my family. The shower arrived within three days of ordering. Despite the package being damaged on the outside the shower was extremely well packed and the components had survived the blow. The shower is well made and looks great. It was easy to install and is proving to be very effective.Fitted with a pump, it produces a freshingly intense spray and the handheld shower head is direct and easy to use. I would recommend this product to others and would suggest that it is worth paying a little extra for this quality shower.

The website was easy. The details of items was good. The whole thing was very straight forward. However... My customer wanted to ask the company about the delivery. I phoned the given number and was told to ring a different number. Then I got a text telling me it was a ridiculous amount of money (a fiver I think) for the call. So apart from my attitude of thinking it was cheek to charge so much for a useless phone call I can say the rest of the shopping was easy. BUT my customer spent a lot of money with these people the courtesy of not charging an exorbitant amount for a simple phone call would have been nice.

I always have exceptional service when it comes to Victorian plumbing. The products are a good quality with a good selection and it's always a prompt service. The only area I have an issue with is delivery but that is third party and not exclusive to Victorian plumbing. I have had multiple deliveries to my property when I have not been there and they have stated the product was left in a safe place. The safe place that was chosen was my door step. Some of the items run into the hundreds of pounds and I was not able to race back immediately. This seems to be a common occurrence with most couriers now and I am not sure how it's going to get resolved apart from large businesses taking their money to another company. To conclude I would heartily recommend Victorian plumbing before considering other merchants.

Excellent customer service.. I had a query that had to be referred to their supplier, which took some time. They stayed in touch and, when their query was not answered, assured me that if I purchased to product and if it did not fit, they would collect it and refund the cost. Mainly the experience has been brilliant. I have been buying a number of items for a renovation and have found the items to be of high quality and the team to be helpful. I have just received a shower tray which was shipped direct from manufacturer via a 3rd party courier. The courier failed delivery twice on two days in a row meaning people were unnecessarily waiting in a building site to the dead of night. I was annoyed about this, but the courier then delivered on a sunday. The man who called to confirm delivery -to a safe place -said he'd run out of energy to complete his round of deliveries at 10pm so had finished them in his own time at the weekend. Based on the notification from the start of his shift, that would have been an expectation for him to drive for more than 12hours. The ethics of this are deeply concerning and I don't think it is aligned with the Victoria Plumbing ethos or brand. Careful of the supply chain you can't see

Good price, very fast delivery to the store for the pick up. 4 stars instead of 5 for wrong coverage per box stated on the website (therefore extra 2 boxes needed to be reordered)-however complaint has been resolved successfully and promptly. Delivery was on time. Good service but the shower it self is very heavy build. Otherwise working is fine. We wanted to get it installed asap so couldn’t replaced it. It could be a five star if it was little light weight.

Quick turn around of my order however, when choosing the toilet, the system then alerts you to required extras that are not included. I ordered the toilet pan securing parts only to find that there was the same kit inside the toilet pan. I also requested the sink waste kit. This turned out to be one of the more expensive wastes and was not suitable for the sink that I had bought and I could not get a watertight seal without having to use silicone sealant. Luckily enough, I remembered that I had a sink waste system in a box in the garage. This has done the job perfectly. This means that two items that were extras were, 1, not required and 2, unsuitable for the sink that I had ordered.

I ordered a wall hung toilet. The delivery was great. However the toilet was leaking from installation (26/2). Got in touch with Victorian Plumbing they replied within a day asking for pics which I sent. Daniel got back to me within the same week saying they had passed information to manufacturer. After about a week I received a message saying the manufacturer had agreed to send the replacement part. I received the part finally last week, 5th April, the delay due to the manufacturer either not sending it to the right address the first time or it being lost in the post. Pete Seddon from Victorian Plumbing was great. I emailed him every Friday until I received my part and he replied almost straight away and didn't ignore my emails. I am happy with the service I received from Victorian Plumbing despite the problem and will use them again for their excellent customer service.

Costumer service was brilliant. The order was received within a good time and a good condition. My only issue ( and this is a significant one) is that I don’t think the order was actually worth the price charged for it. We ordered the Chatsworth sink and pans with units. The sink and pan seem good enough but the unit is very cheap in appearance. Similar to the units you would buy from Ikea for £30-£60.

I have used VP many times before without any problem, but on my last order the product quality seems to have declined. A mid range L shaped shower bath seemed very thin and flimsy, less than the 4mm spec, the sink and toilet were also mis-shapen to the point of been seconds and the packaging was in a terribly battered state and covered in black brake dust, suggesting it had been in the warehouse a very long time. Victorian Plumbing might not be my default supplier in the future, I think they are trying to cut too many corners.

I'm not sure why a bathroom cabinet (already well packaged) needs to be delivered in this way meaning I have to dispose of large pieces of wood by breaking them up and taking to a local skip. The delivery driver was very courteous and professional, and we are very happy with his service. He placed it safely in the garden, above and beyond the stipulated "kerbside" delivery. The goods were as advertised and there was no problem having them installed. The reason for the 3 star review is due to organisational lacking. I was told that the goods would be delivered on Wednesday, and a 2 hour time slot provided on the day, and I had made arrangements with relatives to accommodate this as both my wife and I work full time. Then during my work on the Tuesday (as I was treating a patient) I received repeated phone calls and when I finally answered it was to advise me that the delivery was outside my house. This caused significant inconvenience to all family members involved, but I do not hold this against the delivery driver as he is merely following instructions, and I am happy with his service. Organisation and communication by management has let your company down here, and this is unfortunate.

The actual purchasing was very easy; the products were great. What was NOT great was the delivery. Despite ALL products being in-stock and "available for next day delivery" and not being in an area where there are delivery issues (as listed on the "VP" website), our order took over 2 weeks to be shipped. Throughout this VP were not able to tell us when our delivery was due to be shipped. Why not!? Most other shippers can, such as Victoria Plum, for example. I also note that on the order tracking page, there is an option to "upgrade" the delivery service, when I expect their crystal ball of anticipated delivery dates becomes much clearer. I wonder if late shipping of standard shipping orders is a ruse to get people to pay to upgrade when the need for their goods becomes more urgent?!

Updated below.....Read it.!!! Don't expect your warranty to solved quick and efficiently !!! Very disappointed!!! Unfortunately i was patient too long. I was pleased with first order until i made a warranty claim on £150 Grohe shower mixer with 5 years warranty. I started my claim couple months ago Sept 2021 . After few weeks customer service has send me a message that replacement has been sent and should be with in few days so i was very happy that finally issue has been solved..... We got mid November 2021 and still NOTHING RECEIVED IT and for some reason customer service has stopped replying completely. Not even 1 reply since then, all recorded on my emails. Unfortunately I don't recommend it. I will never buy again from this shop and im stuck with faulty shower mixer despite having at least GROHE 5 years warranty and mixer its not even 2 years since fitted . Looks like Victorian Plumbing won't last long on the market as they getting lots and lots negative reviews. Stay away l Update 20.12.21.....I have added 1 more star as after 4 months I have received it a replacement but having shower mixer faulty and using only bath without the hose especially when you got a children for that long time it's not good at all. But still customer service in my opinion terrible, definitely I won't buy again there.

However, I nearly did not get it through yourselves as mixed your site up with Victoria Plum at one point and then this review process was a bit clunky. Beautiful bath, but the installation instructions were very poor. The bath installation kit was below standard, and the bath did have a scratch on it. This was not noticed on the short time you're allocated to check it on delivery.

Fitting relatively straight forwards but it would have been better if the toilet fixing kit was included in the box because it's the only way to fasten the pan down so had to buy one extra locally . The basin and cabinet took a bit of wood cutting to get it in place . The issue I had was with the seal of the waste it was not good and leaked . No matter how hard I tightened up unable to seal . I went and bought a recommended basin seal locally which cost £1.99 and it is now sealed ! So your supplier needs to up his quality

I placed my order for a replacement toilet and sink when my wife was at work. Whilst we had agreed what we wanted I was caught out when I realised that the toilet seat had to be ordered separately, we hadn't discussed seats. I chose the seat I liked but when my wife got home she really wanted something different. The next morning I run Victoria Plumbing and explained the problem, they laughed and were extremely helpful changing my order. Shortly after the call I received an email confirming the change to the order - brilliant! All delivered on time, well wrapped and packed. The only problem I had was finding their phone number, perhaps this could be added to the "Contact Us" page as sometimes a phone call really is the best way to resolve a problem.
