George was fantastic to work with and resolved any issues we had quickly despite a longer than planned timeline during covid etc. The team of tradesmen were so friendly and worked really hard on our garden room. We love the end result ... a great addition to our garden and a versatile space for the family.

After getting quite a few quotes from other companies, we decided to go with HomeWise to build our garden room. Jim talked us through the whole process and invited us to see his stunning garden room in his showroom. You could tell the material was of high quality and the price was the best we had been quoted. Jim wasn’t pushy at all and wasn’t your typical sales person, he put us straight at ease and we felt assured this was the best company to choose. The whole HomeWise team have been amazing. Ross and Craig who built the room were outstanding. They did an amazing job and were never too busy to answer our questions and they ensured our garden room ended up exactly how we wanted it. The electrician was brilliant and talked us through every step of the way. If you’re looking for a garden room, I’d highly recommend HomeWise. We love our garden room and HomeWise are reliable, informative and the overall quality is outstanding. Every team member takes pride in their work and we are so thankful they helped us create our dream of the “The Gin Cue”.

Over the moon with out 5x3 out house. Jim & George along with their cracking team from the joiners ross & Craig who were absolutely fantastic to the boys who relaid the slabs. From start to finish everyone was great. Very helpful & wasn’t a hassle to get in touch if there was any issues. All snagging dealt with ASAP as well.

We have recently just had a garden room built by Homewise and couldn't be happier with the build and the level of service and after sales service we have received from the company. Before we purchased we had read a few reviews (mostly good) and one which we were nearly put off by. As a manager of a business myself I know how disgruntled customers can sit at home and slate a company (often regretting it after pressing the send button!) which is both damaging to the business and to the workforce. Well I have nothing but praise for this company, firstly Jim who we met at the showroom who was most informative and never pressured us into any decision, Pam in the office who kept us informed the whole way regarding to deposits and when the team were going to be onsite. And finally a huge thanks to the father and son team Craig and Ross who's skills are second to none! They also redesigned the cladding to give us something totally unique. Yeah we have had a few snagging issues that you get on most new builds the difference is that unlike some huge house building company's they were all fixed promptly and fixed to a high standard. We contacted Homewise after seeing some of their previous work, but not knowing exactly what we wanted. We were invited over to the showroom and met Jim who instantly made us feel at ease and spent time taking us through the building process and various options without any pressure. We decided to go ahead with the build and Jim arranged a visit to our home to check space available. Plan and price agreed Jim then brought out Craig and Ross who were responsible for the build. These guys are amazing, the build and then extra work we added during it was not a problem. The workmanship was fantastic and their attention to detail and pride in their work put us at ease straight away. The build went to plan with no issues and we are delighted with it. Everyone who visits has been really impressed with the garden room. All communication with Pamela on decisions, delivery, install and the various trades people have been seamless and she was very helpful. It has been a pleasure using Homewise and I would recommend anyone who is thinking of extra value space to call them. You won’t be disappointed.

We've recently had our garden room installed by Homewise and are delighted with it. The team (joiners, electrician and Pamela in the office) were reliable and would not hesitate in using their services again. In particular, the joiners, Ross and Craig, had to work in torrential rain and still managed to do the build, they were fantastic. A pleasure to work from home in my new office.

Experience of our garden room build from start to finish and beyond has been absolutely fantastic. At every stage: from consultation, design & planning, site prep, construction, decoration, and administration, the team at Homewise have been approachable, knowledgeable, capable and helpful. Any challenges due to the particulars of our build were solved with ease and always with consideration to us. We could not be happier with the quality of product, speed of build, communication throughout. The team always had time for any questions and at times went above and beyond to get the job done. After deciding to get a garden room and doing a lot of our own research we decided to go with Homewise. After the initial contact we were invited to their unit in Livingston. Jim showed us the materials they use and explained their process for the build. The main reasons we opted for Homewise: - At their unit they had a couple of rooms already built you can view and this was great that you can actually see the end product before your committed. - They make the garden room fully bespoke. We wanted an odd size room to fully make use of the space we had and that was no problem for Homewise. Jim came out and measured up in our garden and made sure the space was fully maximised. - The cladding on the outside of the room is fully bespoke too and they can do sections of vertical/horizontal cladding in different colours etc to your own taste to really make your garden room unique. - They fully insulate their rooms. Floor, walls and ceiling are all fully insulated and top quality windows and doors are used. This was important for us as it will be used all year round. There were little extra things along the way that made us glad we went with Homewise too. For example we couldn’t decide if we should get a step into the room to save space in the garden. Jim came up with a solution for the best of both worlds that they could build a step but made it so we can lift it away and store it when not in use saving space in the garden when needed and looks the part when it’s in place. As with pretty much all building projects there were snags along the way and Jim and his team weren’t long in fixing every single one of them to our satisfaction without any hassle as well as carrying out the extras we added in during the build as well. Can’t thank all the team at Homewise enough for the outstanding work. If you are considering a garden room i’d highly recommend Homewise

From start to finish Homewise has been great I got a 6m x 4m garden room built in January 2022 absolutely love it. Homewise were very competitive with price, i loved that they built it in sections in there warehouse as it went up in no time at all. Internally there work was also go with a great finish. I was a bit wary as I read the other review but I'm so glad it didn't put me off, George the manager knows what hes talking about and was always just a phone call away if I had any questions during the process. I would highly recommend them, they also did my artifical grass which again was great.

Had a garden room installed in March 21, top rate service. Very quickly installed, nothing was too much trouble when discussing set up etc - used as a WFH set up and somewhere for the kids to have their own space - would highly recommend from planning all the way through the process

Recently we had made the decision of getting a garden room & after some research we decided to use HomeWise The team were fantastic, helping with the design, efficient & the build was completed in approx 10 days 🛠 Our room is now complete & we have created a multi-functional space where my husband can work from, my son can play his Xbox, my daughter can chill with friends & on occasion we can use it to socialise with friends & family ☺️ Mission Accomplished!!
