L. P.Brandon helped me pick kitchen tiles and helped with measuring easily. I was really grateful that he was so interested, offered an opinion which I understand wasnt advice on what to do, he seemed really interested in helping me choose what was right. He was knowledgeable and he was able to expertly point out pros and cons. When I went back to the shop he recognised me and it felt like his service was welcoming and skilled.
S. H.Really impressive range of tiles. Brandon was excellent in recommending options. Didn’t feel pounced upon at the door but was given time to think and ask questions with no pressure. Would definitely return if I needed tiles in the future.
L. F.Just popped in thinking I could get the same tiles as I had previously but they had been discontinued. Ally was very helpful suggesting where I could go to get them. Decided to buy completely new tiles and Reece was very patient with my indecisiveness between colours. Couldn't fault Ally and Reece customer service they were both outstanding . Very happy customer.

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the service we received from the onset of entering the store. In particular, we would like to commend Reece’s professionalism in the excellent and completely unobtrusive manner in which he approached us to offer his help. We arrived at the store just 10 minutes before it was closing but Reece was happy to allow us to browse for a time to choose the tiles we required to fully tile our new wet-room. Even on having to close the shop, he came to tell us there was no rush and he was happy to stay to complete our order. An extremely kind, helpful and professional young man whom we believe is an absolute asset to your company!!
we were informed promptly when our order was in store and, as we were on holiday at the time, Reece informed us that the order would be kept in store until we retuned, giving us peace of mind.
I have today visited the store again to arrange delivery of my tiles and once again was met by Reece, in cheery, friendly manner, and his colleague, Ben, both eager to sort a delivery date which suited us.
They then informed us that because the order was a ‘large’ one, they would deliver free of change as we only live 5 minutes drive from the store.
This was beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated!!
I will be redesigning my ensuite before the end of the year, and will be reflooring my kitchen within the year; I will most definitely be returning to Tile Giant in Livingston to resource my tiling needs. Well done to both Reece and Ben, you’re a real couple of stars!!!
L. M.We popped in today to get tiles for our kitchen walls. We had a rough idea what we wanted but changed our mind after walking around the showroom. We asked Ally about flooring and we gave him an idea of what we wanted. He gave us suggestions and we went ahead and ordered the flooring.
