P. W.On arrival, it's not obvious how their system works. As you drive towards the warehouse, a member of staff will direct you where to park or tells you to wait if forklifts or other vehicles are manoeuvring. You can walk around the warehouse and collect items as you go. If you need bulky items outside, you can order them when you pay at the checkout, then go to the customer collection point in the yard to see a member of staff to help you load the items. There is one queue and several tills at the checkout. When a till is available, a member of staff will call you over. When you drive out, security will need to see your receipt and check your load before you can leave. Some of the staff in the yard don't care about your vehicle and happily push your door open in to adjacent vehicles.
B.Great experience. Experienced workers (administration, cashiers, security and forklift opeartors), they have them in almost every Builder Depot branch. I've been using their services and buying materials since October 2021.
G. G.When you have your builder in the bathroom replacing your old bath tub on a Sunday afternoon the last thing you want to hear is that the bath tub you ordered online is the wrong size.
But this actually happened and I was desperate to find the correct size bath tub that Sunday.
Luckily Builder Depot Staples Corner is open on a Sunday from 8:00 to 14:00 and after a half hour drive from Watford I was able to buy the 1600mm bath tub that I desperately needed with just minutes to spare before closing time.
These guys deserve to be praised for working on a Sunday.

p. m.Providing products to both professional and DIY builders, this place is not the cheapest but definitely the most professionally run materials provider. Staff are helpful and efficient. You can easily access materials, even cutting them to size on site. They offer a full delivery service. Our recent project had 90% of the required materials delivered to site and expertly dropped outside the shop to be refurbished, direct from their Southgate depot

M. J.Bought 2 sheets of oak venered mdf. I have to say is the worst product I ever use. I make furniture and other stuff and I had to use the product from them and is very bad. For the price payed I expected a bit more. I don’t recommend this product. The service in shop is ok.
