Really good customer service both at the showroom and behind the scenes! We ran out of tiles for our bathroom so had to order a few more. They sent them out and were delivered the following day so we were able to have a working bathroom for Christmas!

I think it is testimony of a great company when they follow through when things don't go to plan. As a result of Brexit we had an issue with our order to the North of Ireland. The company were very through with the follow up. Rob phoned me and explained everything and it made the whole issue more transparent so it could be resolved. Exceptional customer service! My order has been placed this morning and hopefully I will receive the tiles in a couple of days. Can't wait to see your beautiful tiles🥰🥰🥰

Such good service! Really recommend this company. Not only are their tiles BEAUTIFUL (we got the coral confiserie and they pop amazingly in our new shower) and the delivery time very fast, but the customer service is also impeccable. Colin was so helpful in getting us replacement tiles at short notice. Just a week before move in, we needed to get a section of the shower redone due to bad laying. Thanks to Colin, the tiles were arranged to be delivered the next day. He even sent them via their own vehicle to ensure everything went smoothly, free of charge. Lovely company to deal with. Lot's of stars.

Beautiful tiles on offer, I've chosen the chateau chantilly and east haven Chevrons. I've had some trouble with the delivery of the samples but the team seem quite responsive. Colin personally rang me up to arrange delivery and was very reassuring that the tiles would arrive on time and intact! Will update with the result!

I have visited first time at claybrook studios and I was amazed by the quality and design of the tiles, believe me looking online doesn't justify the actual physical experience. If you are looking to design your floor or walls this is a go to place.
