They offer beyond what you expect. Few days ago, one screw of my bike seat is broken, and I need to get a new strong screw that fit and let me ride back home. Those bike nearby bike store that I went couldn’t help me on that. So I ended up going to a store which sell screw so that I could fix my bike by myself. Krishna is the one who were at the counter, and he had been super friendly, calm, helpful and who is willing to trust others, right after I stepped into the store. I genuinely recommend this place to the one who are looking for screws and tools! Thank you so much Clerkenwell Screws!!!

Been using this place for decades - if you have a screw missing from your laptop simply bring in one of the surviving ones and prepare for old world expertise. Also make sure that you pick up a set of screwdrivers - they stock decent ones that won't strip at the first sign of resistance.

Great place to get bits and bobs. I went in there to get some bolts I can't find anywhere else because there engineered and I was very surprised that they had them. Just gave him the sample then he measured it and asked if I want stainless steel or the black one so he has options. I got exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. This shop is perfect. You need anything related to a screw? They can help. Even if you're not entirely sure what you'll need, pick a time when they're not too busy and they tend to be happy to help out.

Shops like this have sadly vanished, but for reasons that become obvious once you go inside, these guys still exist. They've got lots of stock, are friendly, know what they're talking about, prices are ok given the location and you don't need to wait for a delivery; you can have your stuff now!

Literally the best screw shop ever. After visiting several hardware stores who failed to find a suitable screw I came here and was not disappointed. The management are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. I would probs trek across London if I ever needed a specific screw again.

I've been after a specific specialist type of screw / bolt / flange and I've not been able to find it for a substantial amount of time. After posting for help on an enthusiasts Facebook group, someone suggested this place and whilst they didn't have exactly what I needed, they found a solution for me that worked and an alternative that I can find again easily should I ever need to.

This has for years been one of my all time fave shops , any fixings you need they have it , if for some reason they don't have it they can get it in for you. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and stock range is immense , prices are good, parking is a nightmare , but still nothing as good as this in London, only other place I know with this depth of stock range would be quality supplies in Hersham. So yes support this small local shop , don't let them fade away.

If Clerkenwell Screws do not have it, then it does not exist - screws, nuts and bolts and special fixings, they stock the lot. No minimum order - if you need one of something then they will sell you one. These people genuinely serve the community. They also sell a range of tools at very reasonable prices and give discounts on larger orders. A truly magical place.

I have been using Clerkenwell screws for years and always found them helpful and competitive. When I ran a furniture making business we had an account with them, so it's definitely not for "white-collar workers" only. If they can't get some fixing for you it probably doesn't exist. It's one of those shops I try to avoid going in, they have such great stuff there you almost always find something in there you didn't know you needed but once you have it you can't understand how you coped without it. I bought my first cordless screwdriver there - do you remember Yankee screwdrivers? Life-changing!

I use these guys for a multitude of bike parts and Eurorack synth parts and they're always helpful and friendly. They even understand the need for taking my bike into what is a tiny space. They've even been gracious enough to give me bits that I'm buying in such smalll numbers that cash/card payment made little sense. Keep supporting your local independents!

Very helpful guys, I've seen them spend 15 or more mins working patiently with people who are only buying a couple of quids worth of nuts and bolts. They've saved me a lot of time in the past trying to get specialist nuts and bolts which would be a real pain to source otherwise.

Here you will always find all you need especially in terms of screws. Amazing. The place is pretty small so you have to get there knowing exactly what you want. You ask and after few minutes, here they are! Great.

When you are looking for very specific fittings these guys are untouchable. If you kept going to a leading heart surgeon every time you had heart burn, or a Garage that tunes F1 cars looking for a part for your misfiring Honda C90 you might well get a grumpy service. Long may Clerkenwell Screws continue and please be patient with them. In this case 'difficult' is very very good, its not personal!

It's one of those rare stores where the guy behind the counter is most probably the owner of the business. That's the feeling you get anyways. Very friendly, well stocked, and CHEAP. Cheapest suppliers of screws, nuts, bolts I have found in London, they have some other hardware too...
