I recently chose Hugo Oliver to update my dated 1990's bathroom; the result being a total transformation of that space. I’m delighted with the result, and hugely impressed by the service and care from the Hugo Oliver team. After visiting, Agnieszka consulted on the design and produced a design that I was pleased with, proposing and selecting products to create the feel I was looking for. Paul and Agnieszka managed the whole design, delivery, and installation process professionally - providing assurance throughout so that the project ran with minimal disruption and stress. I felt at ease during installation – their fitter taking great care with first fix pipework and surface preparation – giving confidence that future issues would be avoided. He worked as if it were his own home, taking great pride in the quality of the result. Nothing left to snag at the end! The bathroom is now a dream place to be in – a huge improvement to my apartment. Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently redid our bathroom completely. Everything had to go and was replaced. The service and expertise was fantastic. Marcin Kwiatek, the installer, came around to have a look at the bathroom and took measurements first. Then we chose the items we wanted at Hugo Oliver in Charlton. Valentina helped with the design. All parts we chose are very good quality. The install process was excellent. Marcin Kwiatek and his worker Adam did a phenomenal job. They redid the piping and electricity, built platforms for the bathtub, built shelves in the wall, tiled everything to perfection. They work extremely clean and are super reliable. Always on time. Marcin was a big help as well with advise and adjustments which came up during the works. If we needed additional material or other material he got it for us. We didn't need to do anything. From start to finish I can recommend using Marcin Kwiatek and his team. The new bathroom looks stunning. Thank you!

We had a great experience! Very easy to select everything we needed for our perfect bathroom and we were given plenty of helpful advice and guidance. Giuseppe and his team who installed it were fabulous - friendly and professional, and we always felt in very safe hands - even when our 100-year-old house threw up strange problems and quirks. Such a brilliant team. Agnes was so helpful choosing things that went together and listening to my ideas. We have had lots of builders in our house over the years but never any as nice as Giuseppe and Mario. Our bathroom looks amazing. No hidden costs either. Absolutely fantastic service - I could not recommend them more highly. Our old bathroom was unfortunately incredibly damaged due to the way it had been previously fitted. Pretty much everything was leaking! Agnes helped to design the bathroom and got the virtual design spot on from the get go with what we were looking for with our price range. We wanted to find a business that could help us fit a new bathroom from start to finish (i.e. design, source and install) - I found Hugo Oliver online, and their website suggested that they would be able to help. We got in contact with Agnes and she invited us to the showroom - we were able to pick out all of the fixtures and fittings we wanted, after which Agnes showed us a 3D render of what the eventual product would look like based on our bathroom dimensions. Agnes introduced us to their installer, Josh, who would complete the fitting. He visited to assess the space and provide a quote - we then arranged a start date. A few weeks later, Josh and team then completed the work to a very high standard, and we now have a bathroom beyond what we thought possible in our house - we are very grateful to Hugo Oliver for the end-to-end service provided. It may have been a little bit more expensive than we'd anticipated, but the quality of the fittings and the overall service provided, which included managing the whole project, has ultimately proven to be value for money - I have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.
