Had the pleasure of dealing with Vinay - right from the offset he understood exactly what we wanted and worked well with the budget we had in place for the project We were fairly indecisive on a couple of occasions yet never once did he complain when he had to change his designs / drawings. He went out of his way to ensure we got the kitchen and high spec finish we wanted - he is brilliant at what he does! Furthermore he kept in touch even after we had purchased the kitchen to see the progress and the final finish In the future, or should I need a kitchen for any of my other properties, I will only be going to see him! I had a really good experience with Klynstone. Even though I didn't end up purchasing anything, the service was helpful and honest. I primarily dealt with Harry who helped me in highlighting what items were in stock. From a customers view, it would be good to visit their showroom and make sure you have enough time to get the stock in. Some items can take many weeks as they are special orders, so check it out early as you can.

I started to process last year with very attentive Wasim, he went through the process and provided a good level of service, now the renovations are at an advanced stage we attended Klynstone recently working with Vinay to make our dream kitchen become a reality. Great customer service by Vinay to ensure our needs are met with the quality we wanted. I just want to say a big thanks to Klynstone and everybody in the team involved in helping deliver my dream kitchen. I found everything I was looking for under one roof from Appliances, Tiles, Kitchen, Taps, Sink, Worktop and flooring, all at a very competitive price. This saved me a lot of time, hassle and stress of having to source from different suppliers. The service has been exceptional. Wasim and Kalyan both came to site to do measurements and plan the kitchen. I had many questions and queries along the way and all got answered promptly. Professional service with a smile! I bought floor tiles and accessories. All the staff were extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable and gave honest advice. I had chosen the tiles before the first lockdown, and so had to communicate by email about them after the lockdown ended. I had lots of questions in my emails, and they always responded promptly and with detailed advice. I strongly recommend paying them a visit. You will not be disappointed. Oh and everyone loves the floor tiles I bought! Thank you Priya, Jyoti, Bhavesh, Abhishek and Harry for all your help.

Although we did not go ahead with a purchase of a kitchen from Klynstone (not in our budget) its worth mentioning the excellent customer service we received from Vinay (kitchen department). He was extremely helpful with designing, he was proactive and honest.
