Great customer service and much better than the attitude of the man and woman I dealt with earlier on today at Battersea Park Rd branch. Mark and the colleague who was with him today have great work ethic. I went into the store earlier this week for paint and called again for more of the paint today and they were very helpful.

I've never come across such helpful staff in a DIY shop. Welcomed as I walked in, asked what I was looking for and even carried my basket for me, (and I'm not that old). Nothing too much trouble and even helped carry a ladder back to the flat for me. That's service. I'm sure I'll be back, question is, why haven't you been yet?

Really handy to have this here but a bit over eager - asking if they can be of any help the first second you arrive...... also not a full supply of paint charts which is frustrating. Insist on calling you mate...I find this a bit annoying but that might just be me 😊
