I always go to this particular store as the staff working there is helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is usually well stocked and items are displayed in logical way. Recommend to anyone. The manager Naz is especially helpful, always ready to advise.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Honestly it's a joy to shop here. I have been here on multiple occasions and everytime a different member of staff has been positive, helpful, courteous, etc. I walked in and had paint mixed in 5 minutes and the staff member that served me actually seemed excited to help! Never had such consistent good service in my life. Keep it up!!

Raisa the young lady recommended one tool according to the pictures I showed her. Then as I was not sure, she told me there was a specialised plumbing supplies store within 5 minute's walk (Are you even supposed to recommend a competitor?). That shop was to close within minutes. So she suggested I buy the model and let the builder see if it is the right one. If it works, fine. Otherwise come back to refund it and go to the specialised store the next day. Turns out that their having the customers’ best interest at heart is also good business.

I'm glad this is my local store, literally round the corner. Found that a lot of their products are far cheaper than B&Q and Homebase. Some helpful staff and some NOT so helpful. But still worth a visit.

I had given them a five star but never managed to make a comment untill today. All I can say is since I started going to their store I had no issues ever a d got everything I ever wanted from them. Had a issue with a product two times but when I went back each time they replaced and left me walking out of the store happy and hassle free. Good bunch of lads there who are really helpful. I will definitely recommend and visit them again when in need.

Not much wrong here. Whoever runs this show seriously knows what they are doing. It really is hard to find fault. The shop is well laid out with just about everything you could need and good quality products. The staff are fantastic, polite and very knowledgeable. They even advise you on how to save money. When something is as good as this there is only so much you can say. Well done! Anyone that wants to know how to run a retail business should pop down there and take note.

Still my favourite retailer of all in terms of tailoring their range and customer experience to their customers needs. Although annoyingly they don't do discounts at the till which they used to and when you're in the trade that feels like it makes a difference. They are however still fairly reasonably priced.
