A. N.A bit odd to walk into, especially these days when it's empty. Couldn't find any signs to guide me or anything, and went downstairs first. I'm still not sure if I was even allowed downstairs. But the staff is very nice and helpful and was able to find what I needed quite quickly.

S. A.It's a place where I would only go if in emergency. It's not cheap but it's a great help if you are in a rush and need things it would take ages to find out n big retailers. Staff is rather helpful and it is amazing how many synonyms they will give for each item you require. Having said that I included in synonyms translated versions of items in a number of European languages ☺

That's why I always shop at Leyland
M. B.By the name it should be painters&decorators place but this one is quite well stocked diy store, very conviniently located in centre, short walk from Euston Station or Warren St Station.
You can get all the paint and decorating materials, most common and usually needed - ironmongery, electrical, plumbing, boards, finishing items, tools and even work clothes.
Prices are bit dearer than outside central London but surpisingly only by a 'bit'. Staff is friendly and if you are unexperienced diy'er - you will get good advice there.

A. C.Bit grumpy this lot. One fella's alright and pretty helpful but the rest all seemed a bit sarky and patronising. Like they're doing you a favour for breathing. Got total bad vibes in that shop. You'd think they'd try a bit harder considering everything is twice the price of anywhere else. Caught me on a bad day maybe but wont go back.
