Amazing help from Hamid, I recommend anyone whos a bit confused about flooring to go here! So patient and helpful and went beyond what I would expect as we were up against time to get the floor we wanted. Very very lovely people!

Generally I am happy with their service and products I am going there, they are greeting me and as I realised all of their customers (... when a was there.) They are asking what I would like, they are asking questions to be clear the situation and provide the best solution. ... but I had a feeling 🤨 talking about the puzzling, and some kind of diy accessories improvement about it, that was not a good idea (... because I was struggling with an 5000 pieces puzzle to keep the pieces together). ... and I am not sure, they realised how their wide range products can be used. ... at least they make me smile, ( how I remember their face) every time when I roll out my puzzle mat with the linoleum what I bought there. ... so guys you are doing a great job, just think outside of the box.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They deserve 10 stars. Hamid was able to put together a Quick Step order for us very quickly despite the huge shortages for this product at the time. And at a very competitive price. This was enough to deserve top ratings, but on top of that, because of issues at our end, he kept the order in his warehouse for much longer that initially planned without putting any pressure on us, showing genuine understanding and willingness to help.

I have had a great experience with these guys, Hammed came and measured up my house for laminate flooring, he helped me with everything I needed to have it installed. I couldn't get anyone to fit it at a reasonable price, so I called Hammed back and asked him if he could send one of his guys and they will be coming to fit it this Thursday for a good price. Very happy with the service I have received from Hammed and his team.

Highly recommended. If you are after quickstep laminate flooring this is the place to go. After contacting at least 10 different stores for the Quickstep signature range with no luck, London DIY centre easily filled my large order. Hamad was friendly and helpful. We have recently moved to the area and wanted to get the flooring in our new house done ASAP we went to London diy to ask if someone would come out to measure up. this was sorted out very quickly and within a week the work started the guys in the shop were all so friendly and knowledgable couldn’t be more helpful we have now had three bathrooms and four bedrooms done and will definitely be going back to get the rest of the house done. Hamid and Ryan were always there to help me with any queries top guys . we are very happy with the work done by Tony 💯💯💯 lovely friendly guy

Fantastic service and product. We redid our whole property with carpet and hard wood flooring from London DIY. The customer service in store is fantastic and they didn't bat an eyelid when we decided to change our choice of carpets a couple of weeks before they were fitted. Fantastic customer service ! We reached out to Hamid and his team during our refurbishment project just after the lockdown. We were unable to find the flooring we wanted in the right quantity, at the time we needed it and with a reasonable cost. Hamid and his team left no stone unturned and contacted their network and sourced our full requirements in full and in the time frame we wanted and at a very reasonable cost, literally saving our project schedule and budget. From initial enquiry on Saturday 29th. May, Mitchell the fitter turned up on 31st. May bank holiday Monday to check measurements. Order placed on Tuesday 1st. June with Hamed, fitted laminate by Mitchell on Thursday 3rd. and Friday 4th. June. Mitchell was helpful in deciding how to finish around french doors and is very professional with his work. Outstanding professional service reliable and very competitively priced company, highly recommended will definitely use again. Hamed new that we had been walking on concrete floor and said he would do his best to get it fitted within the week, he kept to his word and didn’t disappoint.

My second time dealing with the London DIY Centre and the service has been consistently excellent. I went here based on the 5* reviews so wanted to add my own recommendation. They are super friendly, helpful and very professional. I'd been to several other flooring centres before finding this gem, where the sales staff just made me feel like a nuisance and that it was a bother to even assist me. Not only that, but the London DIY centre was also CHEAPER than those other stores! They carried my heavy flooring to my car just outside the shop on both occasions. Finding the London DIY centre has restored my confidence and has been a breath of fresh air, I won't go anywhere else now. There are also 2 loading bay spaces right outside the shop, as a 'useful to know'!

Exceptional service. We were interested in Quick Step laminate and were supported by Hamed and the team all the way through the transaction. The after care service was 10*. We urgently needed some additional flooring and Hamed went out of his way to arrange this for us. Given that it was right before the holiday closures, in our view he was short of a miracle worker that we got our delivery so close to Christmas. He managed to arrange this for us for next day delivery which meant that we did not have to have half made floors! thank you for your time and your efforts. From now on, it will be my go to place.
