Very well stocked shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They didn't have what I needed but were still super helpful and were happy to point me to where I could get what I needed.

We had an excellent experience with MP Morans in Kennington when sourcing materials for our bathroom renovation. Sasha, the showroom manager, was a pleasure to work with and really made us feel welcome during our many visits with questions, price inquiries and design points. Not only could we trust her to give us a fair price, we also felt she gave us an impartial opinion on products and didn't try to 'push' anything on us. In addition to this, we felt Dan, the logistics manager, did an outstanding job dealing with our complicated delivery schedule and last minute orders, all while being extremely pleasant to work with. Overall, MP Morans Kennington lives up to its reputation as a family owned business, with a friendly team working in stores and delivering goods and a personal approach to customer service. I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to anyone else undertaking renovations or needing building supplies.

I'm giving a 3 star rating to cover my two visits. I needed hose clamps and was told about this store. I was given quite a few glares when I entered and no one appeared to want to assist. When I explained what I required, I was told the store didn't sell them. Needless to say, I left feeling somewhat confused. I was in the area again a few days later and decided to retry. The atmosphere was different this time. I was directed to another counter in the store, was shown a range of clamp sizes by a friendly gentleman and made my purchase. Not sure what the frosty atmosphere was about first time round, but I eventually got what I required.

I've been using Moran's Kennington since 1988 and they are basically brilliant. There most certainly is an element of 'self service' about the yard but if you're prepared to get their attention and stick your nose in the face of someone who works there and hit them with clear questions about your needs and a direct approach they are always helpful, polite and prepared to go out of their way to make sure you get whatever you need. And they suggest alternatives that are better, or cheaper than the thing you're asking for - if you ask... They've always been like this - more a family firm than a monolith and their prices are unbeatable.

Hi, since moving to the UK I've tried numerous builders merchants and none of them can compete with this one. Staff are great & they seem to have everything, if not they will order for you.
