Came to Lords Builders Merchants under the Westway (taken over from Nu-line) to source materials for a community event. The team were super helpful - Carl and Stacey were really friendly and went the extra mile to help us get the materials we needed. Will definitely be back there again! Great customer service.

Came here as a first-time DIYer. Staff helped me loads to think about the project and got the right measurements and screws for the bookshelf bases I built. Extremely friendly. Could not recommend enough. Even gave me some extra MDF for free :)
