A. S.We did a major renovation project recently and used The Showroom Ltd products for 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Right from design to delivery, Sunny and team were brilliant. Sunny patiently answered all of our queries and kept us informed throughout our project on delivery updates and progress. We must have easily spent several hours in their showroom over a few days revising designs, looking at products, comparing items and costs - Sunny always made sure he had the time for our many queries. Even where there were a couple of slight issues (due to delivery/supplier), they were quickly resolved. We have received several compliments on the high quality bathroom products purchased from TSL and are pleased with the during and after sales service and care provided. Highly recommend!

A. F.My husband and I were re doing our bathroom and at first we were put off because of the prices of some of the items. However, when we told them the price range is too much for us, they dig a little bit deeper and designed us an amazing bathroom which we could afford. The staff was very professional and when we had a question about our invoices, the accounts team helped us straight away! It would be long time until I will be re doing my bathroom again but I will definitely come back to the Showroom! Apparently they also do kitchens.
m. d.I've always had a positive experience with The Showroom (and in particular Bipin). I've sourced multiple bathrooms from them and found them very helpful with design, product selection, coordinating with my fitters and after sales support. I think you get most value from them if you're running a project and want a single source for all your bathroom fittings.
R. H.We spent over 40k on bathroom stuff, and when everything starts to break or go fault after 2 years they do not want to know about it, citing out of warranty, tbh i have had better service from others, goods should at least be of merchantable quality and should outlast the warranty period.
in response : we have been in touch with your CS department for the last four weeks, and they are so not quick to answer as you are, i understand that they are now trying to resolve one of the issues, in which case i would be happy to ammend this review accordingly tbc...

the issue was finally resolved so I am happy now
A. G.I arranged an appointment to go and see Naresh Shamji there. He was very well prepared for our meeting having taken notes of what it is I was looking for and some products already to hand. He did what any good consultant should and defined our needs and established what our budget was prior to offering us a selection of products to suit. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am looking forward to working with him.
