Top place to shop for smart home improvement! I bought new range Plazzo tiles (pictured) for my kitchen and entire tiles and furnitures for a new bathroom at excellent discounted prices. I was really happy with service from Tile house - the store assistant gave us so much help and advice in choosing the tiles and showing all the tiles based on our colour scheme and expertise on what would be needed to fit the tiles grout etc that was much appreciated 🙏. Then going out of the way to get delivery at a short notice what more can a customer ask for ! The shop has tiles to suit all tastes and styles I haven't come across a shop like this before where I was spoilt for choice . Brilliant quality tiles and materials from tile house! The customer service we received from Akla and Paul were amazing from start to finish. Delivery was extremely quick and any questions we had the staff at Canning Town were always happy to help. Prices are MUCH more reasonable than the other tile shops we visited and there were a range of tile design and sizes. We would not hesitate to use Tile House again for our next project! If you’re looking for great quality tiles for a really good price then this is the place to go. I was refurbishing my entire house so keeping everything within budget was becoming difficult. Stan, What a lovely representative this tile house has! He is there to greet you with a smile and offer his expertise in minutes. Called him first on the phone to enquire about a mosaic tile after so many frustrating runs to other stores.He took less than a minute to confirm that he has it in his store, displayed the best customer skills and even matched the same price.Took a quick decision and drove straight to his store and was greeted very nicely by him. If you are looking for a great variety of beautiful tiles, at reasonable prices, and a 5 star customer service, then look no further. I would happily rate this store with 6 stars if that was an option. As most people, when I started looking for tiles for my bathroom renovation, I went to the well known places in the market. Soon, I realised that the prices of the ‘posh’ places were unreasonably high, and the products of the mid market chains were not as modern as I would have hoped. I decided to come in to this shop due to the glowing reviews they have online. Quickly, I could see why they’ve been rated so highly. The variety is great, the products are high quality, and they come at reasonable prices. On top of that, the customer experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Those guys are so passionate about what they do, it really shows! I was given plenty of time to consider my options, without the pressure to buy like in many other places. Most importantly, I was given really valuable advice on the design, colours and combination of different options. You can tell that the people that work there have really good experience in advising customers on tiles and they truly care about finding you the products that are right for you and will make you happy. They are very patient and will give you all the time you need to make the decision that’s right for you. I was even offered a hot beverage! I was so happy with the service that I ended up buying all the tiling materials from there as well, and I can’t wait till my bathroom is finished so that I can send them some photos! They have supplied tiles and full bathroom equipment for all three of my bathrooms and so far i cannot complain on the quality or the service. I will be returning in due course for my kitchen floor tiles. huge selection of tiles in keeping with the latest trends with something available for all tastes. Ask for Akhlak or Phil who looked after my wife and i. Throughout my visits there i never once felt i was getting over charged or ripped off and felt i got my monies worth and more. Never thought I'd get so into tiles until after going here. What a great business these guys have. Stock is amazing - from bog standard to high end/specialist. Lovely friendly local staff who are patient and super helpful. They're not salespeople. Won't push stuff onto you, they're relaxed and really want to help. Akla, who came to help us is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. After telling him what I had in mind he went an extra mile to satisfy my taste. He found the most beautiful - at least for me - traditional looking bathroom tiles and gave me a lot of good advice not only tiling related but fitting a walking shower, finding the best underfloor heating mat etc. This is the shop where I would definitely go back when I need help to choose and buy beautiful either contemporary or traditional tiles. I would highly recommend using Tile House for all your supply's. Why? Well they had excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff and most importantly they had outstanding and impressive knowledge about tiles. I was on the hunt for one tile that had broken in my bathroom. I searched all the big suppliers (Wickes, Top tiles) and hand on heart they were not as helpful or customer service driven as Tile House. The big chain suppliers didn't want to know because it was just one tile. If I was to make one tiny suggestion, that would be, if a customer visits on the weekend and knows the tile they want, it would be great if you could check your stock, either on the weekend (I think the warehouse maybe closed) or first thing Monday and then inform the customer via a call. This will make the process smoother. Overall, a great experience and would be using them in future! Definitely worth the 5 star review! From the lady with the beige but a hint of yellow on her tile.

Tile House is a great shop for home renovations! Their tiles are great quality, unique and different to what you will find in the big named shops I have purchased from them for my house refurbishment for the kitchen, downstairs flooring and porch area - look so good - great quality products but at reasonable prices.
