I recently bought my 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom from this company ..I absolutely loved the tiles that I couldn't compare with any other places. The lady called Jigna helped me to choose which tiles would be the best for I was looking for and she was very helpful ..On the delivery day, I changed my mind and called Jigna in the morning to change some of tiles I bought to a different ones that I did see before.She has got a brilliant memory,before I said it she knew which one I was talking about so eventhough time frame was very tight she managed to change the tiles quickly before came out from the warehouse and refund me the difference very next day ..I am pleased with the tiles and the service ..I can not fault it..

I worked with Tiles and bath direct over a 6 month period and they supplied me with tiles and some bathroom items. Everything they sold me was of the highest quality. Fantastic to be able to get samples to take home and also the help designing our bathrooms was amazing. Special thanks to Stephen for always being available on the phone when I had questions. Also appreciated being able to return some tiles due to over order. Will be back soon to get more tiles for my patio in the garden.

Ella was absolutely excellent in helping me with my project which involved 4 new bathrooms. I knew the look I wanted for each bathroom and with her encyclopaedic knowledge of products she was able to source the right products for me. She provided the technical specs for the builders and also communicated with them directly in the one instance when they had a query. I was made aware of the phased payment system and invoices were always sent out correctly. All in all, she was a super star and made the whole process pain free and pleasurable. Tiles & Baths direct have seen me right with both properties. And never failed me. Brilliant service from Stephen Carr - he knows his products, what will work in the space, what will be non-slip, what will make a statement. My leather-look padded tiles in my downstairs bathroom are still my favourite thing in the house. People can't help but comment on them. Their range is superb and constantly updating their displays with new concepts as soon as they hit the market. They always honour their guarantees and I've never been let down by their service.

I have bought 2 bathrooms here. Things don’t always go well, and I was getting very bad after-sales customer service. Then one day Steve Carr answered phone, he sorted out my issues. If not for this I was about to leave a bad review, so Steve would get 5* rating...but otherwise not good after sales at all from other staff. Mixed feelings.
