K. C.I called up in advance as I needed some tiles in particular. The deputy manager was so helpful and went hunting around to find all the tiles I needed. When I arrived with a box of tiles to return under one arm and the baby under she immediately came over and took the box from me while she was still serving another customer. She also had my tiles waiting for me then after my transaction took them to my car for me. Brilliant customer service!
