d. m.Exceptional service by staff at Topps Tiles ( Robbie) who helped me work out tile requirements, advised me on choices , arranged delivery to suit my needs and rearranged it when I had to call back a few days later to push the delivery back. No fuss, no effort, everything was done with a smile.

He went above and beyond when it came to assisting me with my tiling requirements, offering good advice and in depth knowledge of the products I was looking at. What I also like was the fact that he stepped back and left me to have some time to consider my options before returning to help me complete my transaction. K. K.We ordered kitchen tiles online and received a phone call saying the tiles were actually discontinued. We spoke to our local branch (Raynes Park) who were amazing and said they'd source the remaining stock from various other stores around the UK and order them in for us.
Where most stores would roll their eyes and grumble, nothing was too much trouble for them. We went in various times and they were always friendly and smiling. They helped us load our car up when our tiles came in and couldn't have all been nicer. We left feeling like hugely valued customers, which is sadly something one doesn't often feel these days, especially when dealing with big stores. However, the Raynes Park crew were fantastic through and through. We'll definitely be returning when our next room is ready for renovation!
