M. M.The tiles are excellent and the customer service at Topps Tiles too. Astone and Silvi the Managers at the store were very helpful. The visualizer provided by Topps Tiles is so helpful in seeing what your project may look like.
M. T.Made very last minute decision to replace two bathrooms. I went to the Wimbledon branch last Sunday but was not able to receive much advice from the staff. We then drove to the Wandsworth branch and Ashley was helping us. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and funny. I spent the whole afternoon there and couldn’t decide which combinations to go for. Ashley was standing next to me, advising, suggesting and waiting with a smile. I got what I wanted in the end. Tiles arrived promptly on Tuesday. It was an amazing experience. Thanks very much Ashley. Will definitely come back…

Silvi, a sales assistant, was fantastic when dealing with our particular order which turned out to be quiet complicated. Not only was she able to resolve all of our issues, she did so curtiously and efficiently. We were also under the pressure of limited time for which she enlisted help quickly and together with colleague Ashley, another resourceful peer, we were able to receive our order and exit with plenty of time to spare
