Website a bit rubbish, paper catalogue better, staff a bit lackadaisical, products often not in stock. But if they've got it, it's good value

Staff were good not going to lie .only downside is I'm a carpenter own my own firm pop in to here the trade card you don't actually get any discount here at all .

Staff at Trade Point were fantastic, helpful and friendly.... Hence the 4 stars. The main Bnq store however, was a different story. I enquired on a particular Porcelain floor tile I'd seen on line, that was not on the shelf. Having led me sullenly to the enquiries desk to check stock, asked how many boxes I wanted. I said 15 but wanted to physically see the tile before I bought them. They shuffled off without a word and after a minute or so, shuffled back making it plain that they were heavy and as I apologised (??) and took them, just looked down like they'd chipped her nails and said nothing. We left without buying them. If I'd ordered online and collected from Trade Point I'd have given 5 stars. Staff I interacted with in the main store.... Be lucky to get 1 star.

I shop in B&Q quite often, mainly online. Their website is far more user friendly than most. They are open until late, they open over weekends and they are fairly local.

Well organized and kind staff. Customers a bit in a rush today. Not a very wide selection of garden chairs, I asume is still a bit early. Waiting for full recovery from next week.

Good value for money always building materials in stock

B&Q shop floor itself is quite big but they don't stock full size boards (8x4) apart from some plasterboard and OSB. Other are just small cut sheets which are well overpriced. It's not a choice for traders
