Having recently used the services of WC ONE Blackheath, to have a new bathroom fitted, we are very pleased with the results. Liam was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of deciding the layout of the bathroom and selecting all the products. We particularly appreciated Liam’s advice on which products/colours etc would meet our requirements. He also maintained good communication throughout and always responded promptly to our queries. Before the work started and during the fitting, John ensured that we were satisfied with the quality of the work. James, the bathroom fitter, carried out the work methodically and efficiently and ensured that we were involved in every decision. We would definitely recommend WC ONE Blackheath.

WC ONE Blackheath has been great. I have just had 2 new bathrooms fitted by these guys. From start to finish the operation was smooth, from the initial design to the finished bathrooms. Liam is great - patient, understanding and efficient. He has always been prompt at replying to emails and answering any questions, as well as offering advice if and when I requested it. The fitters were fantastic and the quality of work is outstanding. Every day, they turned up at the same time (virtually to the same minute every morning), so they are completely reliable. These guys pay real attention to detail and the finished result is simply stunning. Thankfully, WC ONE only stocks high quality products, which is why I sourced them to do the works and because the reviews seemed to be very good. I was not disappointed and I would not hesitate to recommend WC One Blackheath.

Over the years, we have used WC One to supply our bathrooms. We have just finished our 6th bathroom with them (the first was done in 2006). We are as happy now as we were with our first bathroom. I recently had a new shower room installed by WCOne. I am very pleased with the outcome. Alex was excellent during the design phase and came up with a lot of good ideas. We had both of our bathrooms renovated by wc one. The planning stage was well managed. ( You often find companies start wrong way round by trying to sell equipment which then isn't suitable for your place.) All of the proposals were practical. They supplied everything. The installations were started on the agreed days. In both cases it took about 2 weeks to remove the old bathrooms, including rotting plasterboard, then put in new walls, tile both the floor and walls, instal the shower,basin, toilet, cupboards (with lighting) and towel rail. Finally they painted the ceiling. We live in a flat so, as required, every day they took away debris and tidied up after themselves. Recommended. Probably not the cheapest, but good quality equipment and a stress free one stop shop.

Received an amazing kitchen from WC One. They provided a fantastic service, were knowledgable and took us through everything step by step. No variations, however small, were a problem and never did they show any hint of frustration when we could not decide (or changed our minds!). The advice was fantastic, the solutions and ideas very positive and they designed (and installed) an amazing kitchen. The quality of the product is exceptional, the design professional, the delivery courteous and the installation efficient. We went with WC One’s recommended installers, Fresh, and are pleased we did so – their work was to a very high standard and the close collaboration between them and Jon made the whole installation process seamless and stress free for us. WC One are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for! Excellent service from Liam in the Shad Thames branch. I used FRESH as installers - they were excellent in all aspects of the work, and the finished bathroom looks stunning. The measure of really good service is when something unexpected goes wrong - there was a problem with the ceiling which was rectified with the minimum of fuss and to the highest standard. Like other reviewers, we were originally intending to buy all the equipment for our newly extended bathroom on the internet, but John at the Shortlands branch offered us a package deal which was competitive, plus we benefited from his experience and expertise, and from the excellent visualisations he and his colleague prepared. Furthermore, we changed the specification of a couple of items after ordering and even after delivery, and John arranged for their return and replacement. Excellent advice throughout the process but the stars of the show are definitely their fitters, "Fresh". We are delighted with the finished bathroom. James and Art were fantastic and are a credit to the company. The standard of their work is exceptional and we were impressed by their timekeeping, tidying up and general cheerfulness. We used Jon at WC ONE to help us design our bathroom. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, having looked around numerous different show rooms. Our eyes were opened! There is a world of difference between choosing some tiles and units, and having your bathroom designed professionally. Jon took all our ideas, showed us very politely why some did not actually work, and gave us some more to think about. His knowledge of the available products, and what will work together from different suppliers is prodigious. Apart from the tiles, we bought all our bathroom equipment from WC One. Their exclusive fitters, Fresh Interious, did all the install work - and there was a lot! They knocked down one wall, installed a false wall for a sliding door. All the time we were asked to confirm where things would go, how they would look. We felt involved and consulted at every stage. We now have the bathroom we always dreamed of. Very happy to recommend WC ONE and their profession, yet friendly, approach to anyone.

I have just done a loft conversion and I am extremely happy with my ensuite shower room. I bought everything at WC One and Jon was really helpful from the beginning, advising me on every item and going to great lenghts ro ensure everything would fit perfectly. He even visited the house, took measurements and talked to the builders himself. His 3D plan was also very useful for the builders to understand what we had in mind. Highly recommend.

We worked with Jon from wcone in Shortlands and were very impressed. Initially we were tempted to buy everything online to save costs but firstly we knew it would be beneficial to have specialist advice on the design and layout options both to maximise the space and usability but also importantly we wanted the bathrooms to be of a very high quality and to look good and be built to last. We had heard many stories about items that were bought online showing up late, often the wrong size or shape or damaged etc and so we wanted to work with a local company who we could go and see in case there were any problems. I have to say from start to finish wcone were first class. In particular Jon worked tirelessly with us in the design phase coming onsite a number of times walking us through the various options and we also visited their lovely showrooms in blackheath and shorthand’s to get ideas and test products. There are so many options but Jon was able to guide us to the perfect combination based on our budget and taste. Once we agreed the specification Jon continued to be involved overseeing deliveries and installations to ensure they we’re done correctly and in a professional way. I would highly recommend Jon and the team at wcone - we are very happy with the results and have received many compliments on the new bathrooms from our friends.

We have just done bathrooms and loo with WC One and they were great. Jon knows his stuff and the 3D plans he produced were very helpful. Would also recommend using their fitters, Fresh, as they have done a great job. Any hiccups were dealt with competently and quickly and the end result is fantastic.
