You can most of the time find whatever you need for basic construction, quality is good. Customer service definitely not sufficient, workers not really interested in the customers, and unhappily willing to help. Could be better.

The queue management is okay, some of their tools are good in my opinion (bought a circular saw and some white paint for homework post-renovation) but there is 1 main issue in my opinion. Lighting is very poor and too warm for such a big store with high ceilings. Suggestion: bring with u a decent light if you are there for choosing paint colours!

Clicked, walked over, collected. I saw the person gathering my online order and it seemed one item wasn't actually in stock so we arranged a substitute. Simple.

Big Wickes warehouse full of all things home, DIY & buildery. A bit scummy, and more aimed at trade, we went there to look at kitchens - limited things on display and the staff didn't have a brochure. I think good if you need something DIY & specific, but if your looking for a pleasant shopping experience then maybe try Homebase or B&Q

Caning Town wickes dont have much choices , here Beckton B&Q is better than this Wicks. Overall other Wicks branches will have more better option, personallily I have not explored much.

Convinient location if you're local, close to A13. Store is relatively small in size but seems to have most things you need possibly not the full range. The lighting is very poor and only has 1 checkout open most of the time which isn't a problem normally as it's quick and queues are short.

I Found This Place Most Friendly And Welcoming. BE AWARE That It's Not The Easiest Place To Find Plus It Has No Facilities,Such As A Toilet And Its Not A Big Store Either. However If You Are Looking To Kit Out Your Bathroom Or Kitchen There Is No Place Better In My Opinion. Also Hasnt Got A Wide Range Of Paint Or Garden Supplies,But Does Have Click And Collect Which Is Useful And There Is A Car Park With A Two Hour Parking Window Available. Will Definitely Go Back.

Good service as anywhere else although I didn't see I had to wait 10 minutes behind a customer getting a refund/exchange for my collect items when the other person on the next till was free, My point is It would've been quicker to walk in and buy off the shelf and go to the available till instead of using online and waiting 10 minutes to collect. It's not a major issue just something I observed.

Always has what I need in here. Granted I'm not a serious builder or anything and there's bigger elsewhere, but this place is good. Quick service and enough staff to help when needed with good knowledge too. My go to for anything DIY-style.

Not a superstore so they have a limited selection. Off the beaten track a little so relatively quiet compare to other similar stores. They also seem to be short staffed often but all of whom are quite helpful.

Friendly and supportive staff, looks like lot of stuff there but lack of popular products eg 13mm felt nail or 8x100 coach bolts etc (they have tons of 40mm long felt nails but who needs them???)

Pretty well stocked - doors/timber/bricks/cement/plasterboard/hand tools/power tools etc etc. I have used this Wickes and the Screwfix down the road for DIY items. It's probably not as well stocked as Screwfix from a tools point of view, but between the 2 places I can get most things and they usually have more building materials (e.g. bricks/timber etc).
