I had an extremely positive experience at the Trade point counter at this store. The staff member who helped me (Andrew) was very patient and considerate with me and helped me sort out my order that I wasn't able to do from home. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Can we talk about light bulbs? Life used to be so easy, but now when I go to B&Q to pick up a bulb, I join the other bemused men and women scratching their heads wondering what's going on in the world of lightbulbs. It's not B&Q's fault, I suppose - at least they provide plenty of options!
