C. B.I cannot rate the whole Swinton Buildbase experience high enough. Being a DIYer I didn't expect a personal service but that's what I got. The lads in the office are always laughing and joking which tells a lot about their workplace ethic and their mechanical hire manager was exemplary. I first hired a whacker plate when the weather was awful and they took it back and rehired it later at no extra cost. Superb service.

A. S.I bought 6 bags of blue slate on 03.07.20. The man on reception was very pleasant and helpful. He also fully complied with the companies social distancing policy.
I picked up the bags outside from the service yard and again all staff were very helpful. In fact the operative helped me to load the bags into the back if my car.
I will be visiting Buildbase again because their prices are very reasonable and customer service is excellent. Service with a smile rules ok.
