M.Best & Most Efficient Customer Service! Had an issue with a purchase, spoke to Matt & then Ash, the issue was dealt with immediately and the item was replaced. Communication is instant, no waiting for a reply. I couldn't recommend them more highly, from Reception staff right through to a resolution. A good Company is one who resolves instantly. L. H.Very rarely would I take the time to write an online review about anything, let alone a building materials purchase. But I just had to go out of my way to do so for Pam Ties.
I am located in the South West of England and the product I was looking for is impossible to find anywhere unless I purchase in a large bulk quantity from a Builders Merchants, which could take up to a week to arrive. One quick call to Pam Ties (located near enough at the other end of the country) and I end up speaking with Simon who couldn't be more helpful. He confirmed he had what I needed in stock, quoted me a very reasonable price for the goods, and told me they would be shipped that same day. Not only that, he provided me with contact information for a direct line should I require any further assistance or advice, which is above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. Absolutely tremendous service!!
To top it off, despite the current climate with regards to deliveries in the U.K., my goods arrived this afternoon, delivered by a courteous courier driver who called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.
I cannot recommend Pam Ties highly enough and I will most certainly be using them for future purchases.
