Found these guys when looking to do our fireplace. Service was great and communication was amazing! The brick slips are great quality and the fixing kits they supply are of great quality! Would recommend highly!

After many discussions we decided to completely blitz our house. We’d spotted ‘Reclaimed Brick-Tiles’ some time ago and knew the products offered would be right up our street. We wanted to experiment with ideas to see what would suit best (Barnstock, Shire, Urban etc.) and after emailing ‘Reclaimed Brick-Tiles’ and receiving a prompt, friendly and informative reply from James, we knew we were in good hands. It’s quite rare these days to find someone who actually wants to chat and spend time going through options without making you feel rushed or under pressure. From the very start of the process, conversations with James (and Simon) were relaxed yet on the ball. Both, clarified all the questions we had and not once did their patience waiver. Answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate in using ‘Reclaimed Brick-Tiles’ again. They offer such a high level of customer service. The sample packs (which were superbly presented) worked a treat and seeing the various styles together helped us to confirm our choice of brick which arrived a few days after the order was placed. After getting a number of samples from different supplies of ‘brick’ slips that are manufactured and are not real bricks I took a chance with reclaimed brick tile. The real brick makes a huge difference to the final effect in my opinion. I chose the Tudor brick which I was concerned would be too light of a colour but when I got them they were a very good range of colours and finishes which makes the overall effect very realistic and rustic. Product is of a very high quality, easy to work with and cuts can be blended to give a realistic look (couldn’t do this with the manufactured samples). Fairly priced when compared with manufactured alternatives. I would say it would be good if manufacturer could find an alternative delivery method for small amounts (I only needed 2m2, delivery would have added 25% on top) but I chose to collect which was easily facilitated. Great product, great quality. Highly recommended.

Good product but the sting in the tail is the shocking delivery cost. £96 really is questionable bearing in mind I only pay £70 for 200 kilos from another supplier. My order was no where near that kind of weight. Not a happy customer at all.....
