Great staff and a shop where you can buy just about anything. Staff know lots of useful information and are always looking to help. Parking space for 4 cars outside. Very close to the Heaton park tram station.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember and the service has always been outstanding, Always friendly, Always wanting to help. Not quite sure what you want? They'll point and guide you in the right direction. I went in for wood for a table. The owner even drew us a design on a piece of paper. I have always found these guys to be better than the big chains and any other local hardware store. Always a warm welcome. I visited today explained I wanted a lock for my server. He knew exactly which one I wanted and I left with the correct lock. So glad they are open again!

I cannot recommend Relionus highly enough. Every time I go in they’re so helpful as I don’t know anything about DIY. I went in to buy a new fuse today, I didn’t have money on me only a credit card but the amount was too small to pay by card so they let me leave and bring back the payment. Amazing, amazing customer service

Great shop, efficient and friendly staff, only had to knock a star off as they opened up 10mins late(according to their opening times) after their lunch break and there were a fair few of us waiting outside, but it only happened the once to be fair!

Unfortunately I have been resisting my father-in-law's urging to try this place for far too long. I have spent a small fortune over the last 18months at the 'big name suppliers' and am now kicking myself for doing so!! The price, service and range at this store is unbelievable!!! To give an example.. I have been waiting for a certain type of door to come into stock at one of the big DIY places... I've waited for months with no luck and when I try to talk to staff there about an alternative, they are completely clueless!! In contrast, at relionus I had the full attention of two staff members who knew what they were talking about and within 15mins I was out of the shop with a super cheap but top quality door, next day delivery and complete peice of mind!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Do not hesitate to use!
