G. O.Updated see below: Tiles are excellent quality, so much so that my builder found them hard to cut so had to upgrade to a diamond saw.
All tiles came in one piece, no chips or cracks.
Keith was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He quickly arranged for more boxes when we needed them.
Updated: I've been trying to order more tiles and found the communication terrible. I have tried in multiple ways to contact them and they have ghosted me. Guy was supposed to turn up twice to measure up and didn't turn up. It's no way to treat customers

They are a professional, well organised and well run business with a massive choice of the best selling and latest tile designs at competitive prices. They also have a truly excellent approach to customer service. Ryan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who is looking for a quality tile suppler. Ryan spend ages with us helping to chose the right ones and he really helped us think through what would be best for us. They also helped by sorting out some kicker boards from another shop as they don't do these. Really good guys and a really good service. We can highly recommend both their products and the approach.

I thought because my bathroom was small i would need small tiles, they explained that i could make the space look bigger by using large format tiles and theywhere definatly right! Not only that, they also order me some samples and dropped them off at my house... what shop does that? Increadable service, would highly reccomend !!
