Having been back and forth several times to different shops we finally choose the tiles we wanted from Tile Giant. The team were all very helpful and knew making a decision for what tile to buy does take time. We even bought underfloor heating which I have to say is awesome and not as expensive as you would think.... I also had a couple of boxes of tiles left over and they took them back no problem. So in summary great service and would definitely recommend Tile Giant

Tile Giant gave a super service. I emailed from my NHS email address and was given an exclusive 20% discount code. Ordering online was very swift and smooth. I was expecting to collect my tiles within the week, but had a call the same day, saying they were in stock and could be collected anytime. This is the second time I have purchased tiles from Tile Giant and I can't fault their customer service or product quality. Last October I had my en suite refitted using Palewood grey and a single vertical stripe of Greywood swing at the back of the shower and I absolutely love it -its easy to clean and looks so smart that I am now having my downstairs cloakroom converted into a shower room using the same tiles. The contractor carrying out the work recommended Tile Giant and found the tiles so nice to work with he encouraged me to use them again on the cloakroom- staff are so helpful and friendly thanks Tile Giant 😀

I placed a Click & Collect with the Milton Keynes Tile Giant store last week as I thought this would of been the easiest and quickest method. They call me almost straight away informing me that my tiles needed to be order in and it could take up to a week for collection. However the tiles turned up after 2days! A really good example of over delivering.

Excellent service by the team at Milton Keynes Tile Giant, I left the shop with a sample and was called 2 days later to see how I was getting on. I decided to to go back the next day to place my order, as I was very happy with the service and more importantly the sample! The shop was very easy to navigate round as they are separated into categories. Great prices and good displays.

Visited a few times while choosing both floor and wall tiles. Staff were helpful and friendly and we eventually chose to use Tile Giant over other companies for the wood effect floor tiles. When the work was finished there was no problem returning unopened boxes of tiles that weren't needed.

I purchased 30X60 Cosmos Copper for my bathroom at the beginning of the month and they are flawless, I am so in love with them! Although theses were one of there premium tiles, they were well worth the money. The staff were friendly and not to pushy.

Only found Tile Giant by chance,and so glad we did. After visits to a few Tile retailers I popped into Tile giant after a friends recommendation. I was greeted with a smile and left to browse which on previous visits to other retailers was a pleasant surprise ! I was given great advice and recommendations to suit my taste and vision . Incredible service! Steve was able to provide information/advice on what we needed to tile both wood and concrete sub-floors, with under-tile heating, suggesting more economical solutions where appropriate. You don’t need to go anywhere but Tile Giant for your tiling needs. I shopped around everywhere (Topps Tiles, B&Q etc....), but the service received by Stephen (the manager) was truly exceptional! He was able to match the price of the closest competitor, but beyond that he’s care and consideration (it was like he was treating you like a family friend) was impeccable, something that coming from a clinical medical background I say to people everyday is “care is something that cannot be thought, you either have it in you, or you don’t”. This man has it and it will make him a success wherever he goes! Tile Giant are lucky to have him. He always returned my calls and emails promptly, and when my builders let me down he found me a better tiler to finish the job. Now that’s what I call going above a beyond call of duty! Thank you Stephen and Tile Giant for employing someone with great character.
