Happy with the price of the tiles we purchased.

T.I had asked for some tiles to be ordered and when I got them home they were very different to the sample tile I had picked up, my partner rang and it was explained that it was probably a different batch, I was really disappointed as I had been looking for tiles for a long time, when I took them back the next day the staff couldn't have been more helpful, we managed to find a box in the shade I wanted in store and then Colin rang round lots of other stores getting them to check if they had the tiles in the right shade, he then rang me an hour later to say he had found the other 10 that I needed and they would be in store in a few days. They went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!
