C.Great service and good price. I phoned to ask if they had a Milwaukee Sawzall in stock and asked if I could collect. The sales assistant was very polite and went to physically check it was there to save me a wasted journey. Price was as cheap as any I could find online and. When I arrived the sales assistant (didn't get her name, but she was a Lithuanian lady), was very friendly and helpful (it's nice, if a bit of a rarity nowadays, to get service with a smile), as was Adam I think he was called, who also got me some saw blades at a decent price. Good company and although they no longer have a shop, I would definitely use them as a first port of call for any tools I need in the future. Thanks very much.

Delivery was free and the item surprisingly arrived within 24 hours at no extra cost. They even take American Express.... what's not to like!

B.Was scanning online for my first decent combi drill, borrows a Makita model from a neighbour and was impressed, saw a decent deal at B&Q with a clue of batteries and stumbled across UK planet tools, a new name to this complete novice. They had the same driver and batteries, a fantastic aluminium case and 70+ bits. (Something B&Q wanted £26 for). The case it's self has metal clasp openings and a draw for the tools, far nicer than the standard plastic on elsewhere. It arrived the following day for free using the impressive DPD service. The Makita kit is so powerful and really solid, feels real quality. Not used it just yet. Delighted at the checkout to find 35/36 free bit set could be added too (not sure on the quality but always a bonus). A happy first time buyer and hoping this item last many years but will be back for other items for sure. Top job 👍
