Sent boiler PCB on Wednesday morning, got an email on Thursday saying it work was completed and being returned next day. Received PCB and re-fitted on the Friday. Boiler all working perfectly fine again. Cannot thank this business enough they’ve saved us the price of a new boiler! Would highly recommend to anyone..!!

Yesterday afternoon I ordered and paid a Baxi timer - then an hour later found test my existing was still working. Via PayPal I contacted the company and cancelled the order before dispatch. Ahmad accepted my cancellation and immediately refund my monies. How good is this - a company you can trust 👍

Sent a fried boiler PCB (why aren't they called motherboards?) to these fellas and was amazed at the turn around speed. It was great to get an email saying that the repaired part was on the way back to me the following day. I can't recommend their service highly enough. You'd pay five times as much to get your car ECU repaired. Outstanding value, the best kept secret in Newcastle!

The PCB totally packed up on my boiler 5am on the 4/1/19 , i found one on ebay from Newcastle Heating And Plumbing LTD and bought it at 7am and it was delivered the next day in Lincolnshire at 11am fitted and working by 11.10am . So a big thank you for the quick delivery and having the part as i shouldnt think they make these boilers now.Cheers

I called Newcastle heating and Plumbing , they had the part but surprisingly, I FOUND THEM TO BE CHEAPER THAN THE BIG STORES.......Very refreshing to know that an independent business is looking after the customers rather than their coffers.
