S. H.Absolutely brilliant service, I needed two kitchen unit doors that my local supplier didn't stock anymore. They went out of their way to get these doors to me. I couldn't drive to collect because of covid, so they agreed to take payment over the phone, packaged them up and put them ready for collection from a courier, they even went to the trouble to call me to let me know they hadn't been collected and then another phone call when they had!!! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them!! I was so desperate to get these doors and thanks to their helpfulness, I will receive them in time!!! Despite Covid their customer service was first class!! Thank you

F.Was lovely and friendly when I popped in to order although delivery was a week later which wasn't a problem but waited all day for my delivery and found that they haven't got round to it and been busy but hadn't left me a voice mail or anything but after paying £10 for delivery I would expect my delivery on the day that the merchants had picked. Don't over book dates as a customer I probably won't be back. Now my project is delayed by another day and left very unhappy.
