Good experience ordering 18 sheets of materials for a project. They offered quickest delivery time and reasonable pricing. However, almost all my sheets came 2, 3 or 4mm too big, resulting in lots of cutting time I hadn't planned for. A couple of pieces were more like a few feet too big, they just didn't bother. Don't know why they'd do this, but it definitely diminishes the experience. I'd suggest they buy a big cnc, the work would be fast and dead on accurate.

Efficient service good price for delivery and delivered without any issues ordered decking and other wood needed for a project prices seemed reasonable compared to DIY stores wish I had done it two years ago before big price hike in wood but will be going back for a few bits and pieces to finish project quality of items delivered very good

Just visited terry Howell for some bags of sand and aggregate. Ordered and paid at the till and took the ticket to the boys in the yard who loaded my car and I was off. Cheaper that the DIY Warehouses and you don’t have to lug a trolley to your car and lift it all yourself. No brainer.

Had a great experience with Terry Howells. Rang them 1 o’clock and had all the wood cut to size and picked up by 4 o’clock the same day! Big thanks to Andy who got the cuts bang on for me. Highly recommend & will be using again! Cheers

Product is great but delivery driver very poor. Ignored instructions and just 'dumped' it outside front garden on pavement. Also had email with delivery date stating I should have a phone call before delivery but never did.

Always been happy with my purchases from TH. Received my order today, ordered 6'3 plasterboard for delivery, received order today and on asking if they had delivered the right size got told yes 6'3, but on measuring its only 5'10!!! So paying extra for fresh air!! 😕

We were recommended to use Terry Howell by a friend of mine and we're really glad we did. They delivered the items in the morning as promised which was a great start. The products they delivered for us which were the posts, feather edge panels, cement, nails and screws were of a brilliant quality and most importantly our customer was happy plus the price was exceptional.
