Fab customer service from the two members of staff working when I collected my online order yesterday. I was expecting to carry the tiles to my car but one of the staff members trollied them out for me to my car, socially distanced and wearing a mask. Still going above and beyond despite everything. Will definitely be back to this store again. Thank You.

Excellent customer service, and a heap of lovely options. Richard is very knowledgeable, and was happy to answer all of my questions in "laymans" terms. Plus staff are COVID wary and wear masks. Would definitely use them for future projects.
