Got a great gas heater which was £20 cheaper than buying it from the mainland plus I didn't have to pay for delivery, very happy. Fantastic service as well as I was helped with getting the heater in my car.

Extremely helpful staff and helped me with a difficult toilet problem. Much better than some DIY places. Lots of plumbing and bathroom supplies. Open all day Saturday which is also convenient as most island suppliers close at lunchtime.

To be perfectly truthful I only visit Vectawarm to re-fill the LPG Tank on my Dual Fuel 1300 Daihatsu Hijet MPV. I find the staff are very courteous and have got a good sense of humour - which goes a long way with a Clown like me.

Open on a Saturday afternoon..👍 I'd gone all over Ryde shops looking for a part that gave out in our toilet. 'Woods' who stocks the part were closed, Hursts don't stock the part.. Hurst staff pointed me to Vectawarm. They were open and staff member found me the right part instantly. Such a relief to fix the toilet. And not have to wait a couple of days.

Andy came to remove our old AGA. He provided a very professional service. He especially was very conscious of site cleanliness and efficiently removed the Aga and left the area clean and tidy. Everything was removed and disposed of. Good job and would definitely recommend him

Great plumbers merchant friendly professional staff plus they are the only place on the Isle of Wight that sell Calor LPG.

I fill up with LPG at Vectawarm. As I fill up at least once a week I can tell that there is a good helpful attitude from all staff every time I go there. Open late on Saturdays after most building/plumbing merchants shut. Handy if you don't want to go to the big chain stores etc. Nice plumbing supplies shop, bathroom showroom etc. Will go there for sure if I need some plumbing"bits"!
