Was looking for a toro zeronturn mower and Steve was straight back to me . Brilliant customer service at a brilliant price ,would highly recommend this place to everyone in confidence. D. G.Top service in my experience, first time customer. I bought a faulty Stihl multi-tool from ebay (sold as working, silly me) so I brought it to 'garden machines' and they took it in for repair. After handing it over I went and had a look at the new units and was looked after very well by a knowledgeable member of staff, the service was excellent, I ended up reserving one in case my ebay unit needed £££ spending on it. I received a text 2 days later saying my unit was ready to pick up. I arrived, paid an additional fiver for the new part and cancelled the order on the new unit. Even though they knew I was quite prepared to pay over £300 for a new tool, they repaired my ebay special within 30 minutes and didn't try and screw me - rare these days.
Fantastic service and friendly staff. I wish I'd come here before buying second hand, the prices are very competitive. Thanks for the top service, makes a change to the sub par service you get everywhere else.

P. R.I wanted to buy two robotic lawn mowers (front & back garden). Once they were open, I visited their showroom and was introduced to their wide range of mowers by Adrian and (based on their advice and recommendation) decided to purchase two Stihl iMow 422.
Prior to delivery, the owner Steve, agreed to visit me at my home to discuss the suitability of a robotic mower for my garden, and then came around a second time and at no cost for his time, laid fresh turf all around the edges of my garden to ensure that the iMow would provide the best cut to the edges, whilst minimising any additional strimming I might have needed to do. He spent almost the entire day on my lawn.
Their service and focus on the customer has been exemplary. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Some of the other reviews seem a bit harsh to me and fail to recognise the difficulties that Covid presented. Given the chance, they very much want to provide the best service possible.

M. 9.Good website, Wanted to get the right machine so visited the shop (40 mile round trip).They have friendly staff that take their time to ensure you get the right machine for your needs and highlight any in-store offers that may be better value .Purchased a Honda izy and was ready to take away in 10 minutes,staff took time to explain all the features of the machine.
Just be wary about the price,was twenty pounds more expensive in store, this was explained that the lower price was internet only.Perhaps they could add this comment to their T&C's on their Website as I checked before going and expected to pay the price that was shown,not penalised for taking the time out to visit their shop ,have check their website again after visiting and purchasing the machine, still unable to find "online only price"......so good service from knowledgeable staff, just phone and check their "in store price" before driving past several more (percived) expensive garden equipment stores

C. H.My parents have used Garden Machines for as long as I can remember, so I decided to pop down when I needed a chainsaw for my wood burner.
There was a wide range of saws in various sizes and brands, luckily there was a young lad there who was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the right one for me. He then made sure I was happy with the maintenance of the saw and once I had purchased it, he even took it into the workshop and ran up the saw so it was ready for me to use!
I would recommend anyone to visit Garden machines!
