Had to drive to another depot due to slabs being left off the delivery truck. Had to pay for them again and go back to the original site for a refund! The nice man then watched me load the 34kg packs into my van after I told him I had 2 slipped discs which after spending thousands with the company wasn't the best experience. The prices were good. My only positive on this occasion.

While the service was ok the prices went well over the top don't think there is anything that I couldn't get cheaper anywhere else still I'm not paying for it the boss is .the yard might be neat and tidy but somebody has to pay all those top executives extortionate wages sorry T.P but a thumbs up on health and safety. But a massive thumbs down on prices

I've never understood why a receipt has to be 5 pages of A4 long... 3 stars I generous given how many times I've sat waiting round their yard for someone to finish lunch and serve me, the free coffee wins a star back

A really helpful depot. Richard helped us source some paving slabs and went out of his way to assist. Great customer service.

Phoned them to find out if they had what i wanted, (yes), drove there, but went to the wrong department, assistant went to eveybody to find out who answered my phone call, on resolving this sorted everything out for me. Well done TP, Northampton.
