With any big expense and stress of trades working in our homes, we all want a quality product and quality service. These Aluminium Flush Casement windows by AluHaus are exceptional. The company have also provided excellent customer service, from start to finish. Our chosen style (other styles and window configurations are available) Flush Casement are a more modern, chunky window - we went for Ivory White, inside and out - obviously loads of colours, to suit your taste. The windows fitters were excellent - little details, for example not all fitters will cut bricks (which I provided) in the areas at the end of the window sills which had been damaged by previous window companies (see photos). Enhancing the final finish. We also had the AluHaus Sliding door, which again is a quality product, looks beautiful and operates superbly. We replaced 20 year old uPVC double glazing and these AluHaus windows not only offer much higher energy rating but we have noticed greater sound proofing. Photos were taken on a wet and windy autumnal day, they look even better in the sunshine (the front door was from a difference company, hence the colour difference in the surround). I’ve used many different window companies in the past, AluHaus has surpasses them all.

One year on from fitting I would give Alu Haus a 4.5 star review. We have two sets of bi-folds and a set of french doors. The quality of the finished product is now very good. We had significant issues with Alu Haus, we were sold a product that was not what we actually got. The initial standard was poor and the finish was appalling. The initial communication post-fitting was almost non-existent. However, I will still give a 4.5 star review because, a year on, multiple visits from the fitters and technical repair team. It transpires that the MD we purchased under has since left, taken the shoddy fitter team with him and what is left at Alu Haus is an honest and hard working team, Adam managed the repairs, his communication was fantastic and Mark's team of fitters ensured that EVERYTHING was resolved to our approval. I can't make it Five Stars, simply because it should have been like this from the start. However, in life things go wrong and the value of a company, in my mind, is one one that doesn't stop until the job is done. Mark and Adam didn't. Thank you both and I would recommend this current team without a doubt.

Professional company selling quality products. We have had outstanding customer service from Adam and the Team at Alu house Ltd. He had exactly the product we were looking for and has been communicating with us the whole time during the process of the order which consisted of 2 large sets of sliding doors. Good quality product and installation. After a year of use one of the opening leafs had dropped a bit. ALU Haus returned and carried out a service and a few adjustments and doors as good as new again . Can't fault the quality and level of service that ALU Haus have provided.

UPDATED Please to say that the doors are. Ow looking good after several return visits to sort out the various issues described below. Whilst we’ve not had an easy ride once Adam and the team identified that we had genuine issues they’ve been great at resolving them. Just awaiting one final piece of work and then we’re done. I’d not look to use them again when we do the windows in the future. Previous review: £10k spent with Alu-Haus for a substandard job Firstly I'm not a habitual complainer, having never left a negative Google review before but on this occasion I can't let it slide. We've spent over £10k with Alu-Haus this year replacing a 2 patio doors and new bi-folds with a a-frame window above them. No questioning the quality of the doors which is top notch but the fitting on the bi-fold and window above have been shocking and now they won't respond to us despite their own surveyor visiting our home and reporting back that the fitting was substandard. The a-frame window is off centre so the apex of the ceiling doesn't marry up to the apex of the window, this is due to them not putting the correct thickness of wood within the steel frame that we had fitted at their request (another £3k of expense). They have fitted white UPVC trim around the door which is bad enough however this was spray painted to match the black/grey doors, suffice to say that spray painted UPVC is about as much use as colouring it in with a felt tip pen. The fitting of the trims is shoddy at best and now with white showing through it looks worse than it did before we paid to have them replaced. The pity is that a day of work would probably see our problems resolved but the firm don't seem to care about customer service and are happy to have our money in the bank.

I bought my Alu Haus doors 4 years ago when the company was under different management. The doors are great and are standing the test of time, however the installation experience at the time was atrocious - the first guy sent got everything wrong, the second guy sent put most (but not all) of it right. It was good enough, and we were in the middle of renovating an entire house so we let the outstanding issues slide. For a while now, I've had an issue with locking one of my doors that's become worse over time. I spoke to Alu Haus and they generously offered to step in to help rectify the issue, despite having no association with the previous fitters (mates of the previous owner it seems). They've since sent out a fitter who corrected the installation problem with the lock, as well as identifying and rectifying several other issues I wasn't aware of. They've been a pleasure to deal with and it's obvious that happy customers are their top priority. In my opinion, this, combined with the great quality product, warrants a 5 star rating.

From point of contact right through to delivery and installation AluHaus were faultless. From the numerous changes to the order and split install we imposed upon them; they were professional throughout! Example… a window I probably would never have looked at in the attic had some sort of discrepancy and Mark the fitter saw this and had the unit remade and refitted. Helpful throughout and clean and conscientious on site (which is important to us) they all seem to care about the quality of the materials and the quality of their workmanship installing them. That is hard to find these days!! Add to that the windows are stunning and very very well made, we’re very happy to say the least. My neighbours intend on using them and we will be back in the new year when our outbuilding is up and needing quality windows and doors. We use Ali haus for all our aluminium doors and windows for the simple reason their service is second to none and the products are exceptional! All our clients have been over the moon with what we have installed! From simple windows to 6m sliders all were perfect!

Really top quality bi-fold doors for a reasonable price. I went to great lengths to assess U values and thermal breaks and these doors exceeded the building regs requirements, I couldn't find better doors. I called Martin at Alu-Haus and was invited to visit the factory - I'm an engineer and couldn't fault the manufacturing the process. They were the only company that could offer me any RAL external paint and a different internal paint. The fitters were excellent and did a very professional job. Only 4 stars given as the doors were missing hinge caps and vent covers and the fitters had to come back to complete.

To say the communication is poor would be an understatement. Had 2 windows, a back door and a large set of bifold doors fitted last year and had a few snags that needed sorted. I’ve been promised someone back since October 2019 to remedy them and I am still to see someone on site. Happy to change my review on completion of the works which I have paid for in full but until then everything will be 1 star and below. Decent products but probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a company ever Update - Whilst it took an extremely long time to get our issues sorted, Aluhaus did eventually come through and send two experienced fitters to fix the problems. The products are of excellent quality and now that the snags have been resolved I can say that everything is working really well. Thanks to Sean for eventually sorting the issues

I am delighted with my bifold windows fitted twelve months ago. I was replacing an inferior product and local companies didn’t want to think outside the box. I could buy their product but no alternatives . Aluhaus listened to what I wanted, advising on the versatility of their offer. The surveyor made his recommendation when visiting and improved the proposal, ironically saving me money. The fitters were amazing - removing old windows, fitting new and clearing up. I would highly recommend.

Me and my good lady had a full house remodelling which consisted of 14 windows , 2 bi-folds and our front door , it took a while for everything to start but when it did everything ran smoothly , two lads came and fitted everything in two days which was great however … after a week or two things started to go wrong , for example , our bi-folds didn’t lock , windows started leaking etc… We got in touch with Adam and he promised to fit us in the schedule ASAP , it wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped but a new fitting team arrived eventually, when they arrived I thought they was the scrap men out for an easy pay day and so I had my doubts but regardless on how they presented themselves they did more than what I’d hoped , within 2 hours my bi-folds worked immaculately and the windows where sealed properly , they showed us nothing but respect and sincerity while present , I’d love to give aluhaus 5 stars but the previous problems prevent me from doing so , however when things went bad they did everything in their power to put things right Thank you Adam and Brett for the organisation Thank you Conrade for changing my handle there and then to what I requested And a special thank you to the fitting team mark , Danny and Ethan for making sure everything was up to standard and doing everything we requested without any problems or questions asked Although we’ve had problems in the past with everything , all is good and well now and the services we’ve received is phenomenal, I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone
