top class sales, was hunting around for a local gas bottle supplier and found these the most helpful and on my doorstep, wanted 4 bottles, so had 4 empty and had them exchanged, next time was told to phone and then they could deliver

Aladins cave for old fashioned style iron monger has everything and mostly sold singular no need buy packs full always very helpful

I've used Chaddys on a number of occasions when I need something in the hardware department such as today when I needed an 8mm ny-lock nut to stop the axel rod on my golf trolley from shaking loose. I only wanted one and they sell things singly rather than the DIY stores who sell you a box full that you may never use again. The husband and wife team are very pleasant and helpful. They are supported by parents who are similarly friendly and approachable. They cut glass to size for you and if for some reason they don't have in stock what you need, they will order it for you. They are also very good at suggesting alternative methods of fixing stuff. The shop is situated off the market place in Bulwell and can be accessed via a narrow alleyway at the side of B & M if you're on foot or if you're in a vehicle there's parking for two vehicles right outside the shop which can be accessed via a well signed turning just after Terry Funeral Services. A hidden gem for DIYers.

Fantastic place for all kinds of household goods plus DIY Excellent key cutting service for house and car watch batteries and straps also supplied and fitted to jeweller standards very friendly and polite and very helpful staff nothing is too much trouble even if you only need a single nut and bolt.
